This is home nicest place in Northridge me and my family love it here
I lived there 6.5 years..1st couple of years were good..Then it went down hill...They need to bomb the entire complex for roaches..The gang problem got worse...Please go at night if you think about moving there..
The doors are ridiculously flimsy. Every square inch of the place is covered in paint even the inside of the kitchen drawers/cabinets. There are no ceiling light fictures in the bedrooms or living room. Our neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. There is only one parking spot per aparment no matter how many bedrooms good luck finding street parking because everyone double parks. All the gates are locked at night generalized because they lock them whenever they want, not at a certain time so if you live on the side of the aparments closer to wilber, you would have to walk all the way to the front entrance and then back through the alley of the apartments, where there are usually a bunch of suspicious young men smoking weed, to get back to your place. As a young woman I do not feel safe here EVER. There are constantly police coming into the area because of residents or their aquaintances
Park Parthenia is one of the secret gem areas in Northridge for quality and pricing. Key things I love about this place is the staff is always available every day 7 days a Week. The apt sizes are much larger here then what you can find anywhere else in the valley. I have neighbors that have been living here for 10+ years and they male living close to then comfortable. Also it's right next to the Northridge Mall and Csun which makes it convenient for all types of families or students. Definatly would recommend anyone in need of a new apt to come out here and see what type of rates they can apply for you and they also work with you to help give you a perfect home!
ROACHES. Roaches coming from the ceiling, through the front door, and out the sink. I’d wake up in the middle of the night and it was roach city on the floor. The roaches were always out and were nice enough to hide while we had company but return as soon as the company left. Did I mention, ROACHES?
Worst place to live that’s why it’s called little tj Bad service. Managers and staff do as they please give you great care to sell once you on contract it’s over they don’t care
We came to park Parthenia because I was looking for an apartment close to CSUN my daughter-in-law goes there at first I don't try to apply because I believed this building was like projects but my surprise was when they told me is private everybody is nice here in the office I am lucky because I have a nice Neighbors I am so glad I meet miss ALMA she's so nice very kind I love my apartment and believe me the price is not expensive
The staff is VERY friendly, very helpful always there to help me over the phone or in person, I get greeted with a smile and always get offered water especially in this HOT weather!! The community is very clean, great place to live!!
Just moved here, place has roaches, dirty, fire works always going off, drunk guys in the street... always getting dirty looks from most of the people here.... seems like management picks and chooses What rules apply to who... unwelcoming neighbors, gotta get out.... feel so uncomfortable every time I walk anywhere...
This place is fake an not really a private communitie should be shut down an be rebuilt an have new management we came to drop off a delivery an security did nothing to check us in. an saw a crowed of suspicious people with children an smoking an drinking in front of them some where so intoxicated that they needed help walking home
