This is a nice apartment with friendly neighbors and super responsive maintenance staffs esp Tim. Fountain Hills is a beautiful place to live. We were happily living until a new management took over. The rent was increased almost 30% per year for two consecutive years which kind of forced us to move out. To make it worse they found ways to take away entire security deposit. However I’m grateful because of them I considered buying and living in own house.
I loved living here. All the nice neighbors and the beautiful ave of the Fountains These guys from management to maintenance cater to you. Thanks so much Park place Great job with everything. It was a pleasure
These are very nice, well maintained and well managed apartments. Staff and neighbors alike are very pleasant. A special shout out to Mackenzie! She is professional and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist. She has a great outlook and always greets with a smile! Thank you, Mackenzie!!
Maintenance staff is superb here!! We have known Tim the Maintenance Supervisor for almost five years since we moved to Park Place. Tim has always provided service with a smile and always has a positive attitude. Tim is personable, kind, respectful, consistent and always on time!! Always gets the job done immediately and properly. You can’t ask for better service. And when he has his crew the same quality of service is replicated. Thank you, Tim!! We really appreciate you!!
My AC went out this early morning! Once again "saved" by our maintenance team, Alex & Tim. At 3 am they brought in an emergency portable system that cooled the apartment until OUR guy showed up at 8:30 a.m. and fixed my AC. What a blessing we have with this maintenance! Thank you.
Park Place is delightful! This is a lovely community. Firstly, from the day I toured, I was treated with respect and friendliness. That does not cease once you've moved in. The office staff is very helpful and attentive. They really want your living experience at Park Place to be pleasant and enjoyable. The apartments are nice! The space is adequate, and the location is ideal. Maintenance: this team is very approachable and helpful as well. I'm always asked when I run into Tim how things are going and to be sure to let the office know if anything is needed. They do a wonderful job! Very efficient and willing, and they respond in record time! The BEST! So far, so good. I am very happy here!
The maintenance staff at the Park Place Apartments are second to none. I have found them to be penultimate professionals, respectful and efficient. They are responsive and helpful and always have positive attitudes toward their tasks. A big bonus you get out of this group are smiles, genuine caring and a light and easy way of making sure residents are happy living in this community of Park Place. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars they each deserve perfect 10’s! Thank you guys!
Disappointing that a few residents do not respect the lease rules, e.g.-smoking, dogs on leashes. The prior year double digit rent increase was rough.
Park Place is a great place to live. Not only are the apartments, grounds, and amenities nice, but you can’t beat the location. It’s literally in the heart of Fountain Hills, and easily within walking distance of restaurants, businesses and the beautiful Fountain Park. But the one thing that makes Park Place stand out among the rest is the management. They are kind, polite, friendly and professional. I personally hold communication in high regard; and here, I’ve never been disappointed. No matter what the concern, I have always appreciated the staff’s quick and efficient response. I highly recommend Park Place. Anyone choosing to live here will love it.
A nice place to live and so convenient to Fountain Park and surrounding shops and eating establishments. The management staff is very attentive to residents and quickly remedy issues that come up from time to time. Resident manager is very sharp and perceptive. She and her staff strive to ensure residents feel good about living here. I hope Mark Taylor continues to make Park Place an even better place to live by making improvements such as security cameras and some cosmetics. UPDATE- After living here 10+ months, here is my revision for those considering to live here. First and foremost, only take a top floor apartment. The noise level from neighbors is very apparent due to poor sound insulation. We can hear footsteps, washing machine cycling, vacuuming and even toilet flushes from neighbors above!! The former site manager was replaced and that is a shame because she was very attentive to residents needs. I've noticed a slight decline in cleanliness of the grounds and building. PP is still a nice place based on convenience and some amenities but three important areas need to be addressed. 1 Sound abatement 2 Overall Cleanliness 3 Increased security need cameras placed at right locations
