It has been a full week after I got my front driver and passenger windows tinted. Awesome job, I told them what I wanted and they did exactly that. Thank you to the staff at Park place car wash, definitely highly recommended to place to go to get your vehicle tinted and washed.Service: Window tinting
$48 gets you polished bugs. They are not allowed to wash the bugs from the windshield or front of your car. The interior wasn't even cleaned well. When I asked if there was a customer service number, I was told that they get these complaints daily and it won't matter. Searching for a new place to get my car cleaned. I was once happy with the service, no longer.
First and last time going here. I went to this establishment because it was convenient at the time. My car wasn’t even that dirty. The cleaning on the exterior was terrible and in the interior it was subpar at best. There was still stains in the exterior and it’s pretty obvious my car is white. The interior was still dusty. I had to finish cleaning it myself. Wish I had read through the reviews before coming here. It was a waste of $50. Overall if I could describe the result of my car wash in one word, it would be inadequate. I will not be returning.
This is been my car wash that I used for the last five years. Today, I drive in and there’s a guy sitting next to a new automated machine. I told him that I want the mid-level wash with an interior. He responded with “didn’t you see the signs you’re, not supposed to be here, you’re supposed to be in the other lane.” That unfriendly attitude, along with leaving with dirty windshields and dashboards on the last couple visits, is the final straw. I’m done with this car wash. I know there are other ones opening soon. I’ll use other car washes going forward and encourage others to do so.
I spent $30 to have my car washed. The interior of the car was only vacuumed. I was informed that they don't clean the surfaces the door panels so essentially I paid $30 for a full service car wash and only had the exterior washed by a brush system. This is definitely not a full service car wash business, I do not recommend save your money and go someplace else.Service: Vacuuming
I tried this place a couple years ago and they messed up my window, however they resolved it, so today I thought I would have my vehicle detailed. I paid 42$ plus 10$ tip which is stupid to tip before you see the job. The car wash did not wash well, and the guys detailing did as little as possible and not very well at that. The car seats weren’t wiped down, they did a fair job on vacuuming, but that’s the most I can give them. I feel like I got ripped off.Services: Auto detailing
I wanted to buy a monthly membership to have the exterior of my car washed once a week. I was happy to pay that price. I asked the manager what the charge would be to clean the just the inside of the front windshield window each time. The manager told me it $20 each time they cleaned the inside of the front windshield window. $80 a month to clean the inside of one window once a week! I told him I’m a senior citizen and it’s a little difficult for me to reach the whole inside of the window. and I would just like to have a clean windshield. I told him somehow or other I never get the inside of my windshield as clean as at a car wash. He said it’s $20 per week if we even touch the inside of your windshield. So much for courtesy and good customer service. Very sad. And they lost a long-term monthly membership.
New to the area, happy to have finally found a non-self-serving car wash. So it’s a drive-through car wash but for a few extra bucks someone can wipe your windows & vacuum your car. I was lucky enough to have Majd help me out. He was extremely polite, fast, & efficient. Thank you!
Quick service. Monthly pass option affordable. For a reasonable up-charge, they will detail you car quickly for you after you drive thru.
I I've been going there for several years not a regular customer but twice a year, and just recently went and won't be going back. Back in November I went had my truck washed and when they gave me the total they asked me if I wanted to have the interior added to it, so now we're charging an extra fee for doing the interior okay. I went back today prices have gone way up still charging an extra fee for doing the interior, which is apparently just a vacuum, so when my truck got done I walked around the front of it and there was still stuff all over the front and I got told well we no longer do the front pre-wash with the pressure washer. So they're charging us more money charging us an extra fee to do the interior and don't even get the vehicle clean on the outside no won't be going back. Just for reference this truck was not muddy it had some sand on it from when I went down a dirt road but other than that every day stuff that I pick up off the road. I also got the most expensive package that included everything so my truck should have looked really good considering I paid almost 50 bucks for it. The works is supposed to include: for 41.99 on website. EXTERIOR Waterfall Pre-Soak Wheel Cleaner Foam Surface Prep Under-body Flush Gloss Foam Conditioner Blaze Wax Rainshield Ceramic Glaze Reflection Clearcoat Sealer Spot-free Rinse Tire Shine Machine Dry INTERIOR Vacuum Carpets Vacuum Seats Clean the Windows Clean Dash Clean Console Wipe Door Jambs So I paid extra for interior and only got Vacuum. False advertising!!! Door jams not cleaned, doors not wiped down, center console never touched. See pics! One of the ones labels running boards shows door jams never even touched! Sorry when pics posted some of them are difficult to see don't know why as pre-view looked fine.
