It’s a clean store, I felt the owner not willing to work with me on a very large purchase! Some items prices were right on, some marked up to then offer 25% to 50% off, it’s a marketing and sales technique designed to stop the consumer from asking for further reduction in price…also noticed the coaching techniques to the young sales person, understand too that a profit is necessary to keep the doors open, this consumer thinks an overhaul is needed at this particular location…I will add this…everyone was friendly and respectful
I bought a bracelet at the boardwalk location about a year ago from Harrison. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently a link broke so we went back and Harrison is getting it repaired and is having entire bracelet inspected for any problems. While we were in the store Harrison had my wife take off all her rings and cleaned them. He is wonderful. Thank you for everything Harrison
I love to stop I. Here and adore all of the beautiful gemstones. Everything is so beautiful and I always end up getting really great deals as well. The staff is attentive and friendly. There’s certainly a piece for everyone, as the inventory is vast as well as plentiful.
Enjoyed my experience in this shop while on our vacation in Ocean City. Stephanie was super nice and very knowledgeable about the pieces in her store and in the jewelry market today. I love the piece she helped my husband chose for my first anniversary gift.
Harrison was awesome selling me and my 3 kids beautiful necklaces! Very nice, respectful and helpful. They have a great selection of jewelry and I highly suggest going and seeing them!
My family & I were in last night, 8/12 @ 8:30pm. There were 2 women working. The older woman was rude, impatient, and seemed to only have closing the store on her mind. I purchased 2 anklets for myself & my daughter-in-law, this woman complained the entire time about my daughter-in-law wearing ankle boots the entire time. My daughter-in-law & I didn't plan on buying ankle bracelets, it was a random purchase. I like our purchases but this lady was terrible!
Excellent customer service! I had found a piece of jewelry I wanted at a local store at home and when I went to purchase it the piece had been sold. I was headed to ocean city in 2 days and decided to call and see if park place had it as it was a nautical piece. I spoke to Sonja, she knew the designer and piece I was describing though they didn't have that particular one at the store. She asked when I was coming down and she had it for me when I arrived. It wasn't a very expensive piece but she went the extra mile anyway, their service is top notch.
Park Place Jewelers is a fine store with a gorgeous selection of high-quality jewelry and a helpful, friendly professional staff. It can be daunting to find a trustworthy jeweler when you are on vacation and not familiar with the local stores. That is why I am writing this review, because I have found through my dealings with Park Place Jewelers that they are a lovely jewelry store with a great reputation and a wonderful selection. You can shop in confidence with them. As soon as I entered Park Place Jewelers on my first visit, I was impressed. The staff was friendly and inviting without being pushy at all. The store was clean and bright and the cases were full of the most beautiful pieces. They have everything from cute charms for a Pandora - style bracelets to gorgeous necklaces in silver and gold. If you want a nice piece with an ocean theme to remind you of your vacation, this is the place to go. Ask them about their Ocean City bracelets and beads.Their buyer has ensured there is something for most tastes and most budgets. After browsing for a bit, a necklace with a gorgeous starfish really caught my eye. The starfish pendant and chain were crafted in sterling silver, and the pendant was a gorgeous design with many facets, carefully created to catch and reflect light. The salesperson helped me to try it on and my amazing husband treated me to it on the spot. I wore it out of the shop and I am still thrilled by it. In all of my dealings with this store they have been professional and courteous, and they stand behind their merchandise. You can purchase with confidence that the jewelry you select is high quality and well crafted, and should there ever be any concern they will promptly and professionally address it. I am very happy with Park Place Jewelers. I love the boardwalk location although they have more than one location and that we can stop in as we are strolling. I love that they are locally-owned. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The selection is large with a decent portion themed to their location, the pieces are gorgeous, and they stand behind the quality of their merchandise. True, a t-shirt is a bit cheaper, but if you really want to remember your vacation with a beautiful little something that you can enjoy for the rest of your life or if you want to give your significant other a momento that they will love and treasure, a piece of jewelry is the way to go and Park Place Jewelers is the place to make the purchase.
