Well where should I start! The fact that I am a business owner myself but they close at 12pm? That already should make you think twice. I was looking to rent a property but the asked for my tax returns, ummm let me see as a business owner and it was only feb and you want to see my returns! Please! mind you my credit score us 750 and bring in plenty, not to mention my office is bigger and nicer than theirs but I am suppose to bend my back backwards for their lack of communication oh please. Good luck to the future tenants! Glad I found a way nicer place. They are taking the Raza to the cleaners.....

By far the worst management company on this planet. They never answer their phone and the office closes early afternoon. Not to mention, checks deposited late, construction that starts and never finishes, terrible landscaping and overall neglect of residents. Greg is the absolute worst and honestly don't even know how he has managed to keep his job, Veronica has been more helpful and seems to care. Once, our sprinklers went off in the backyard and were not turned off, as a result the entire backyard flooded and now half the garden doesn't have any grass ... Also why are they requiring to send our rent through the mail; I thought by now they would understand that using a property management portal to pay rent electronically would save everyone a huge amount of time.

Worst experience I have ever had viewing an apartment. The leasing manager showed up 25 minutes late and then after being so late, was incredibly unhelpful and rude while showing the apartment. He stood there and offered no help or information regarding the apartment. It was a complete waste of time. I can only imagine how they are AFTER you have signed a lease. Count on Greg at Park Place Management to waste your time. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Worst experience ever. We had an appointment at 2pm. Came all the way from Lancaster to meet you. No one showed up at all, tried calling the office, tried calling Gregg who confirmed my appointment, sent him bunch of emails. Nothing. It's funny because you answer to this review faster than my emails or calls.

Confirmed an appointment with me 5 days in advance to show an apartment. Day of no one was there to let me in. When i called they told me there were no available appointments and the next one was 3 days later. No apology.

Worse than ever is unbelievable how unprofessional the assistants are at this company,
