Davon was my sales representative. He welcomed me in the show room, pulled keys for each and everyone of the vehicles I was interested in, and provided information throughout my search. I was able to fill out the app at home and was approved in under 30 seconds. I was impressed! It was seem less. Davon still made in effort to look into the app after the great deal I received to make sure it was the best deal. The day of pick up he had my paper work ready for signature and my car parked in-front ready to come home with me. Thank you for the pleasant experience and for making it memorable!
From the moment I walked in, I was like warmly welcome by Alexa. She was so patient, descriptive, knowledgeable, and catered to all my inquiries. She helped me understand each class of Mercedes and guided me to make the best purchase. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and would use her again in future. Just picked up my new c43 Amg first time ever buying a Park Place vehicle. I can say that I will be back!!! The team of Cristina and Shay made the deal happen nice and smoothly. I came in just to browse and left with the best experience buying a car. I got the terms I needed with help from the finance team and plenty of water since it's hot outside 107° great job.
Purchased my 2023 GLC300 4Matic from Kevin Watson today. The process was fast and painless and he answered all of my questions and made sure I understand the vehicle. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process and genuinely seemed happy to earn my business. This is my first Mercedes-Benz and I’m super excited to have it and see where it takes me!

EDIT: After writing this review, Park Place Motorcars did refund me for the service that wasn't done satisfactorily, also paid to replace the radio/navigation screen, plus an amount to cover the installation. My son installed the screen I ordered online and it is now perfect again. Rating raised one star because of this payment. However, I will not do business with them again. HORRIBLE experience with this dealership’s service people!!! Jason Marron, a service writer, checked in my 2006 SL500 for general service and maintenance on June 12, 2023. After having my car for several days, not only did they try and upsell me with six supposedly needed repairs to the tune of almost $8600 ALMOST as much as the car is worth, they damaged my radio/navigation screen, then I was told by Ernesto Rodriquez Diaz, another service writer, that it was in that condition when I left it there. I guarantee there was NOTHING wrong with it because I used the radio/nav screen on the way to their service center so I know it was in good condition before I got there. It was obvious that their wash and make-ready people pressed on it while cleaning it so hard that it damaged the pixels. The swipes and pressure marks are still visible on the screen, along with a greasy film of whatever cleaning medium they used see photo. They continued to deny responsibility for the damage saying again that this was the way it was when I left it with them, basically calling me a liar. Also, they did not fix the “squeaks and rattles” in fact made them worse and did offer to refund me that charge but would not pay the cost of replacing the radio/nav screen, which online I found to be about $300. I would definitely steer clear of this service center and find a good local independent shop. I’m sure there are plenty in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that are reputable, would appreciate your business, and treat you with more respect and fairness than I was at Park Place Motorcars. I will never do business with them again. EVER.
Shay Moore is the absolute best sales manager I have had the pleasure of working with! She takes the time to listen to her customers, is very honest, and is extremely informed. She worked very hard to get me my dream car and I could not be happier with the outcome. Will surely be referring all of my friends and family to her for their future Mercedes needs!
Had to leave a review about my recent car purchase. It was by far the easiest and smoothest car purchase we’ve ever had and it was exactly what you expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. We worked with Davon Reed who is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable about their cars. They truly went above and beyond to make it a 5 star A+ buying experience and was well worth the 6 hours of driving to get there. Originally went to buy one vehicle but wanted to see a couple others first, and when we got there Davon had the vehicles ready for us and even pulled one we hadn’t seen, which turned out to be the best one and the one we bought. Can’t say enough good things about our interactions with him and very much appreciate all his hard work. Davon, and his boss Corey, were both true professionals and they will be our first stop the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. During the process we learned Davon’s dad had worked there a long time and left a legacy and it’s apparent Davon picked up where he left off. Thank y’all for everything!
UPDATE: The managers sought us out to call and apologize. They were very nice and took full responsibility for the moment and even offered compensation that was more than enough for the incident. Appreciate management that hears its customers and makes things right My mom had a leak in her tire so we pulled in a couple hours before close to get it checked out. Mercedes tires can't always be patched at regular places depending on where the hole is. They took a brief glance at it we didn't even get out of the car and said try your luck at Discount Tires across the street we can't help you. They had too many customers that night or something but didn't give us any options to come back the next day or leave it over night etc.. We went over to Discount Tires who was about to close and they said no problem. They found 3 holes that were difficult to patch. While they tried to solve the problem they gave us a few options including double checking with Park Place if we still had a warranty at Mercedes on the tire in case we needed to replace it. They ended up fixing it and then said no charge it's complimentary and held the door for us. Don't bother with Park Place when it comes to tires or hospitality for that matter. Discount Tires is the best
My experience purchasing my vehicle went smoothly. In this market, Shay Moore- McCoy made me feel at ease. I was out of there in less than 3 hours…would have been less but personally I had a small snafu with my bank. If you’re looking to buy a car, please stop in and see Shay at Park Place Fort Worth! She’s the BEST!!!
