One stop for the amazing alcohol collection with a cigar lounge and restaurant, we were a big group of 30 plus , so they gave us a private dinning room..staff was very friendly, Pizzas were delicious and found some rare bourbon bottles to take home
Awesome spot in town for great sandwiches and to chill out on the patio. The sandwich I got katsu chicken sandwich and it was really good. They have a huge selection of all sorts of beer wine and spirits and a humidor with a good selection of cigars if that’s your thing. Def will be back
My review is simply about the selection of beer, which is incredible! The food looked great and the atmosphere was awesome. Very cool place!
Visited on a Saturday around 1:00PM. Wait was about 20 minutes for 3. The food was quite good and a decent portion. The fries were notably good. Service was decent, but could improve a little missed drink order and sparse refills. I'd recommend it to be tried.
Warning-- if you don't like spicy foods, everything is a spicy something or other. There are obviously a few safe items. But they love the buzz words: chipotle, jalapeno, and spicy. Lol. I tried the new Porchetta sandwich. It was very tasty. Would get again for sure. The cole slaw was deliciously refreshing as well. Am going to have to come back and try the pizza everyone is raving about.
The food was very good! Our waitress was nice! There was a HUGE selection of local and domestic beers!
Love the pizza!! Stinking rose for the win!! Always get the pizza. My advice would be to skip the Mac and cheese. We've ordered it twice just to give it the benefit of the doubt and both times there was no flavor, no creaminess, no cheesiness... It just wasn't good at all. Can be loud in there but it's a pub style atmosphere. Unfortunately they allow cigarette and cigar smoking on the patio and when they open the doors it wafts in and can ruin a perfectly good meal so ask to sit as far away from that if that kind of thing bothers you add it does me.
I have eaten here several times and usually have a positive experience. It's a cool place to eat and the food is good enough to override the sometimes somewhat subpar service. I ate there yesterday with friends and the experience was not good. We were seated outside and the sun was on its way down so it was in our faces the whole time. But, we were enjoying each other's company, so no complaints. My friend ordered a Beyond Burger but they were out. He had a salad and ordered onion rings too, but they were out. So we both ordered sweet potato fries. I ordered a grilled cheese and another friend ordered regular fries with a sandwich. The meals were brought to everyone but me. I waited for more than ten minutes for my meal while my friends ate. Meanwhile, I tried the fries that were brought for my friend and they were cold and stale, like they'd been sitting a long time. When my meal finally arrived, my fries were the same and there was bacon in my sandwich. We told the waiter about the fries and I told him about the bacon. He apologized and said he told them that we don't eat meat. He took my sandwich and the fries. He brought warmed fries back but they were still stale & greasy. When he finally brought me a new sandwich, the cheese wasn't melted at all, he forgot to bring me spicy ranch, and it just wasn't good and my friends were done eating. I ate most of one half because I was hungry and I wanted it to get better as I chewed but I couldn't finish. It was that bad. My friend asked the waiter to comp my meal. He said he'd ask. When he came back he said the best he could do was half. My friend asked for the manager. That's when things really got bad. All of us were laid back and easy going and laughing off all of the issues but it did seem awfully full of problems and, when you pay $13 for a cheese sandwich, you don't expect so many problems. The manager walked over with very hostile body language. Her words were, "We don't have time to read the menu to every customer." She did not listen to any part of what happened and assumed that we were all at fault for all of the issues...all she heard was bacon. It wasn't about just the bacon. The food was brought late. All of our fries were cold. The sauce was forgotten and brought late. The sun was blinding us. The cheese on the second sandwich wasn't melted. We were repeat customers. She wanted to fight over $13. When she made the condescending remark that they couldn't read the menu to every customer, I told her and my friend to drop the whole thing and asked her to go get the check. We're leaving. She brings the check and did comp the sandwich, then in an unbelievably condescending tone asked us if we needed anything else and she didn't want us to get upset with her for something else. Wow. If she had come out calmly and really listened to all of the issues and calmly told us she was very sorry but policy wouldn't allow her to comp the whole thing, a sincere apology and a calm polite demeanor would have sufficed. I assume she was having a bad day and maybe had to deal with some other issues but that's not our fault. To top the whole thing off, we got up to leave and my other friend forgot that the booth was raised quite a bit higher than the floor and fell flat on her back onto the cement floor. Fortunately, she wasn't hurt. We all left laughing incredulously about the whole experience. Our original plan was to shop in the liquor store after eating, but this experience left a very sour taste and we decided we wanted to get out of there before something else went awry. Perhaps they are struggling with the same labor shortage that so many other businesses seem to be suffering? I usually try to only write positive reviews but this was bad, not because of the food, but because of the treatment after a negative experience and, now the unbelievable lies in the Manager's response below....over a $13 sandwich. Wow.
Food was good here, but service was rushed. First off, didn't get napkins or plates for our appetizer so had to remind waiter. Even after that he kept forgetting so reminded him again. Didn't offer us water right off the bat and I noticed other tables got water as soon as they sat down. However, food was pretty good, and quick/hot, so no complaints there. Prices are a little high for what you get, but then again it is Prescott so can't expect Phoenix prices. Overall, it was good, I would give it another shot next time we are in Prescott.
Liquor store with food as an “accessory”, this place is always crowded no matter how much time you have to wait for a table or service. But the food is good although the liquors on the shelves are overpriced. I had my Tuna Melt, always delicious, we had two pizzas, a caesar salads, a bruschetta and some spicy wings. They may need to reconsider the thin paper beneath the tuna melt, normally it disintegrates and gets part of the sandwich, no matter if you want or not. Definitely, a positive experience!
