This place is a little diamond in the rough. The food is great, they have great soups, and the staff are always so friendly.Food: 4/5
The first time we went the server was friendly, but the food took a long time to come out. I ordered a BLT that literally has zero flavor. We tried a second time to give it another chance since there aren’t many family type restaurants in our area. This time the waitstaff was not attentive. We waited at the front to be seated while waitstaff chatted. The staff girls sat in an end booth with no one to seat guests. Orders were not prepared as requested, sides were missing, our server was a teen boy that tried his best but was overwhelmed. My daughter ordered the crepes that were served wet. The chicken dumpling soup was literally gritty with salt. We won’t try again.
Awesome! Staff was sassy/fun, food met needs of whole family 2 40s a 4 and a 64 the attached but separate bar served the restaurant. 2 minutes from movie theater. I absolutely recommend this place as an out of towner visiting Plover, AKA middle of nowhere..Food: 5/5
Had to feed my tapeworm-adled son; it was Easter Sunday, and the town was closed for business - except the Park Ridge Cafe. It was packed with 3-generation families having an Easter meal. The food was a little overcooked and very over-salted. The kitchen was backed up, and our server was a bit gruff in a kind way. But I didn't mind, I was revelling in the aura of love and happiness from so many of those families. Thanks to all.
My family and I frequent this place! If you're looking for a great mom and pop cafe, this is it! The servers are wonderful and the food is SO GOOD and well priced. They have a large menu, which doesn't always work to a restaurants advantage, but they manage to make every plate taste like it's their specialty. So if you want traditional breakfast, pizza, fish fry, or ethnic cuisine... you can't go wrong at Park Ridge.
Excellent service and atmosphere the food is fresh and delicious I highly recommend this place
Great local spot for breakfast. I ordered the lumberjack special. French toast very good, hashbrowns could have been crispier, but still good, two eggs mine, over easy and great, two strips of bacon, two sausage links the highlight of the meal and a piece of ham. Overall, a great breakfast with very attentive and friendly service. The price...extremely affordable! Check this place out!
Great food! The service was a little slow to take our order, but then no problems.Recommended dishesAthenian Chicken
I ordered a breakfast croissant, and it was wonderful! It was also HUGE and made a nice breakfast the next morning, too.Food: 5/5
What excellent meals! Athenian chicken and liver-bacon, giant portions, enough for at least two meals...and dessert included! Low prices, good drinks, connected to Rookies tavern. A Wisconsin supper club gem also serve breakfast, lunch.
