Rented there for almost 3 years. Started out with the landlord being good about answering calls, taking care of the property then as time went on he ignored any calls and did nothing to the property. No pest control, road repairs nothing. When 3 neighbors moved out our trailer became infested BIG TIME! He did nothing we moved.
My 'older' mother has lived there for three years safe and sound.. No problems with management or neighbors.. If something is broke they fix it immediately.. Awesome place...
Their homes are nice,prices going up in April, quiet neighborhood.
Some Ret. Military crackheads live there, Richard and Aretha they really need help. keep your distance from them, other wise you'll safe.
Totally moving won't fix problems for ppl that have been here a long time... but cleaning up homes not worrying about ppl already here issues
Safe and well kept mobile home park.
Extremely busy and full. Lots of noisy tenants frequent the area. Expect to hear a lot of bass from cars blocks away.
Living here for a few years now! The management really cares about the Tennant's needs.
Great place to live if you can afford the prices and pass the background check
