Park Ridge Public Library Central Library

Overall, it is a very nice library, very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. There are sections for children, teens, and adults. The first floor is reserved for children and nice, clean, and joyful. Great to visit with children. Lots of study desks are available on the 2nd floor. Perfect for studying! Free 3-hour limited parking is near the library.

The Park Ridge Library is newly renovated with expeditious check out and return of written and electronic medium. There are computers and meeting rooms for teachers, students and Park Ridge residence. If the library does not have the material you want, a search of all the libraries in the region will be made to locate your choices and deliver them to the library closest to your house. The library staff are courteous and knowledgeable. You will be well served at the Park Ridge Library online or in person!

What happened to the old games on the computer but the library is really amazing me and my sister go there like every day to get books movies and games

The place is great, very comfortable to study and work. The internet is slower than other public libraries, but other than that, all good.

I love the tables near the windows. They offer a nice view where you can take your mind off for a few minutes while getting some studying done.

Very helpful staff. Nice decor bit too modern for my taste, but clean and quiet place as one would expect. I was not able to find one movie, but was told that it was too old. Nice international section.

Nice local library. A problem is the limited parking that is 2 or 3 hours and then you have to move your car. Also, the library was under renovation and it took forever to get done, therefore seating was limited. Now things are back to normal though.
