Park ridge vacuum

My First Visit to Park Ridge Vacuum was a great one!! The gentleman working when I went in was the Best!! From giving me great advice on a current model I was having trouble with, to Giving me a Wonderful Deal on a New Vacuum! If your having trouble with a New/Old Vacuum, I Highly Recommend stopping in and Checking this Place out.

I spent about a month trying to fix my vacuum by myself. I even gave up to the point that I started shopping for new vacuums, thinking that mine was just toast as it is an older model. I took it in to Park Ridge and they were great. They knew exactly what was wrong and needed to fix it and had me out the door in ten minutes. I was super impressed!! The price was well within my budget and worth my time. I don't ever write reviews unless I HATE or absolutely LOVE the service, and this place gets 5 stars in my book!

What a great experience!! Tried one of their competitors because it was close. Well after they had our Miele for 4 days I called and they said it needed a part and it would be another week or 2. I said I couldn’t have my vacuum down that long do to remodeling. I contacted Park Ridge Vacuum and they said it sounded simple and maybe a day to repair. My wife dropped the vacuum off and couple hrs later they called saying it was ready to go!! My wife and I were shocked. We appreciate Park Ridge Vacuum tremendously!! Honesty!! We highly recommended they. Plus they’re Cub fans!! Go Cubbies!!

This place is fantastic! Friendly service from knowledgeable people. I purchased a Miele and will never look back! I never thought I could enjoy 1 - buying a vacuum and 2 - vacuuming! I'm in love with this vacuum. The process of selecting it at Park Ridge Vacuum was great because the man working there listened to my needs and made great recommendations. I couldn't speak more highly of the store AND of the products they sell.

Outstanding service! Repaired my older upright vac in just a day. However while at the store we bought a new tank vacuum to do special areas in the house. GREAT SERVICE and SALES. This has been our second time here over the years and we have always been happy with the staff.

Park Ridge Vacuum did such a great job fixing my vacuum and for a reasonable price. I had taken my Dyson to another shop for repair and it failed after a few weeks. They had charged an exorbitant amount and the vacuum wouldn't turn on, and they refused to fix the problem. Park Ridge took a look and found the problem immediately and even fixed it while we waited. I am so impressed with them. I'll never go anywhere else!

I have used this vacuum cleaner repair place for years and they've always done a great job at a reasonable price. I've also bought several vacuum cleaners from them. I wish they used their website and email to communicate but I've spoken to the owner and evidently that's just not going to happen. The owner is very interesting to talk to and has always been very honest in his opinions of vacuum cleaners. I will definitely keep going back.

I have been going to Park Ridge Vacuum for 30 yrs to have my old Hoover upright service every year. The service is always done quickly and the tecs really know their business. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I would never go anywhere else with my vacuum. Thank you!
