My daughter locked herself in her room and I was freaking out because we don’t have a key and my partner wasn’t home to help all while trying to feed my new born. My partner called the maintenance and within 10 minutes Marian came and was able to get her out for me. Not only that but she was extremely kind and friendly when my daughter stated freaking out behind the door, she also offered to get us a new door knob with no lock and left a key for the other doors. Would rate Marian 10/10 best of the best.
Miriam is great! We had a maintenance emergency on Christmas Eve and she called back and was here within the hour! Thank you to the maintenance team for such great work in our community
Well it starts back to 1965 I believe. I first lived at Park shadows as a child then during the years that followed I lived there as a teenager I lived here three times after that with my children. And then in 2000 lived here for 5 years. And I just moved back in once again what can I say I love Park Shadows it's like living in the country that's one reason why I love it here and the staff they are amazing all of them are they went above and beyond helping me find the right unit and moving me in as quick as they can because I was on a time limit and I thank them for working with me and let's just pray to God that I'll be here for many years to come
A special TY to Stan Rivera who has worked tirelessly to resolve the issues I had with my toilet and being involved with my flooring being put down in the bathroom. He is always on time and so pleasant to work with. TY Stan! 10+ out of 10 stars and then some! Cathy Gustafson 511
Park shadows has a quick and responsive team! They’re always ready to help. Karen is super helpful when I call and their maintenance team is always nice. Thank you Stan, Nick and Mirian for all you do!
When ever I need something repaired in my unit I can always count on Stan or other staff to be there to fix it right on time and a job well done. You guys are the greatest and good at what you do......thank you.
Miriam thank you for all your hard work and going above and beyond as always you really saved us from a hazard by doing your best to replace electrical outlet. She even fixed my door she’s amazing thank you .
Worst apartments I have lived in my entire life. Expensive and NO SAFETY at all. water goes off often to the point you wont tolerate it anymore. And to top it off, lizars everywhere! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I cannot stress enough how unprofessional the manager Kristi is. Every time I would call to let them know I needed maintenance they would say: ” let us see if they’re available” and Never hear back from them. I would then have to call back to see if I’m fact they could come look at whatever issue was going on. On one occasion I did not have a working washer for 3 days. Mind you I called them Thursday morning and it was Saturday when I called to check up on it and the girl in the office said she had no note or even idea I needed it fixed. The communication amongst each other doesn’t seem to be quite there. Now that Saturday the maintenance supervisor informed me he had no idea I needed it fixed either and came to replace it. I had it replaced with a new one because the other one no longer worked from being so old. Secondly your water will be shut off very frequently here. It gets annoying after a while. I kid you not I was like a good 3 times a month for the whole day. Lastly what was the most unprofessional event was when they entered my apartment without ANY NOTICE!!! I was in my room and heard someone in my living room and yelled “who’s there”? The manager yells” it’s Kristi the manager” I said what are you doing here? she said “we’re changing your filters”!! I told her it was inappropriate for her to be there without giving me any notice and she very nonchalantly replied “well we have to change them”. Then proceeded to yell out “Mariah are you sure you left a notice on this apartment?” And of course the girl is going to cover herself and say yes. I never received an apology for having entered in such a matter. Regardless, my privacy was invaded and have never felt such a way anywhere. Upon speaking to neighbors they also said they didn’t get a notice either. When I asked the assistant manager Loretta for corporates phone number to the Supervisor Bowen, not only did he not get back to me on a timely matter but not even get back to me at all. This place lacks professionalism. I will say the maintenance team is very nice and does their job if and when front desk relays the message. You are better off actually renting elsewhere that is higher end and newer for what this complex wants to charge.
The staff was very pleasant and very tentative to your needs. The grounds very clean. I did notice that they do have tenant that are parking in unauthorised locations. But I'm sure they will address that. Because this does not go with their lease rules according to what I read. But I give this company five Stars based on my few days of being here
