Park Valley Inn Health Center

This is a long over due review. I am so happy we chose Park Valley for my mother's care. From the first meeting with the Staff, to today more than 6 months later, I can't say enough about how pleased I am with every interaction I've had here. I know my mother is under very good care here. I knew nothing of Medicare and Medicaid. The team here walked me through the process of moving my mother from Medicare to Medicaid and getting her moved in and approved seamlessly. From the executive team of Jasmine, Tamika, and Dee, to the nursing staff, PT team, and activities directors, all the way to the cooking staff, cleaning team, and facilities personnel, EVERYONE here is professional, courteous, and prompt with everything we have thrown at them sometimes even literally with my mother ;-. My mother isn't always the most agreeable person, but everyone here works with her and comes up with creative solutions to getter her to take meds, eat meals, do PT, interact with staff and other residents, etc. Every time we come to visit my mother, or take her out to dinner, we are always greeted by staff and residents with smiles and cheerful greetings. It is obvious that everyone here is dedicated and wants to be here. I just hope when I reach my mothers age my children are able to find a place for me just like Park Valley Inn!!

I previously had my parent at another facility that was poorly ran. We are very lucky to have been able to transfer him to Park Valley Inn. The staff in the memory center are trained to deal with Alzheimer’s / Dementia patients and they always have a nurse present. Administration team are welcoming and responsive. Wish all nursing homes could be like this.

This has been my home since May 2021, and I can personally say that I feel that is this our golden years. My husband and I feel relaxed, and feel at home. We are very well taken care of by the staff members; they are very caring and watch over our needs. We are happy to be able to socialize with many of our neighbors due to the many activities that our activity director, Valeria provides for us. My husband and I have the opportunity to share a room and made it a home. I want to say thank you to the amazing Park Valley team!

My mother has been at Park Valley Inn for several years. She has received excellent care from the nursing staff, physical therapy team and social director Valeria. She leads a very active social life and enjoys the many activities offered. I live near by and visit often, Park Valley is always clean, has recently been updated and there is a beautiful garden area to enjoy. They are under new management and the receptionists are very friendly.

My mom has lived at Park Valley for almost a year and she has more of a social life than ever before. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer's almost two years ago and I was terrified with her living alone and not only being vulnerable to memory loss, but also vulnerable to the predators out there who prey on older people with this disease. Now that she lives at Park Valley I feel such relief that she is safe, being taken care of and is staying mentally active. Almost every time I visit I feel like a third wheel because she is always deeply entrenched in either a hot game of bingo, a dance extravaganza or an arts and crafts party. She is always in good spirits, therefore I cannot ask for more. Thank you everyone at Park Valley for doing all that you do. You are 100% appreciated!

I have to give a 1 but clearly it is a zero. This place is a horrible place. They don't know if they are coming or going. None of the staff don't know what is going on. Nursing is rude and hateful not only to residents but to their own employees. There were alot of great employees several stand out. Your DON-Erin, Human Resources, Shauna - Med Aide. The reception you guys have now is horrible, I remember Angela she had it all running very smoothly always a smile, very talkative, walked you to residents room. She is definitely missed. I hope one day they get this place together or I see it closing and I will just keep calling state till they are shut down.

If you're looking for a clean, bright skilled nursing facility for a family member in Round Rock or the surrounding areas Park Valley Inn Health Center is for you! They offer wonderful social activities, physical therapy and a kind caring nursing staff. I drop in on a weekly basis and am always pleased with the cleanliness. The staff is friendly and treats my family member very well.

I don’t have the words to explain the feeling of welcome, comfort, and most of all caring. I’ve been in constant contact with Tomeka, the admissions Director while navigating some things for my Dad and I can’t wait until he’s moved in. I feel without a doubt, my dad will be in great hands. Tomeka has such a genuine heart and very compassionate about what she does for this place. I had the pleasure of speaking to Grant the Marketer and he was very informative and answered all of my questions, providing much clarity. Very clean place as well and gives the “At Home Feel”

Park Valley Inn is one of the top finest nursing facilities in Texas. The staff are friendly, the building is spotless, and there are always fun activities that engage both employee & residents. Dignity, confidentiality, and respect are valued here at Park Valley Inn & you can trust bringing your loved ones to a place that feels just like home.

I wish I could give 10 stars! The care my family received from this center was absolutely amazing. I truly felt that my grandfather was under the best care while here, truly helped ease the transition. Thank you Park Valley staff!
