The apartment my friend has is quite spacious, rent is around 1100 for a two bedroom on the bottom. Not the worst in the Vancouverish area. I do like all the new flooring, paint and appliances. But parking is a joke! One parking spot per unit and the "visitors" parking is two small areas, usually filled all day. I end up having to park quite a few blocks down in a different part of the neighborhood, no matter the timer of the day.
I don't even live here and I hate the level of "Customer Service" they don't provide. I have called for 3 days in a row trying to check availability with no response. I have left my phone number, my e-mail address and a contact phone number. No response. I have called at different times of the day only to get the same results, leaving my info on a recorder to never receive a call back. The message states they have "Attractive 2 bedroom apartments available" but how would you know? They also say to leave your name and number and they will call you back. I will take my 12 months of rent somewhere else
Worst apartments ever. If you want to pay top dollar for minimal amenities then this is the place for you! Not to mention mold infested and bed bugs. And the laundry room is a joke. Wasting money on washers and dryers that don't even work! And constantly coming home to threat letters. Not aloud to have this not aloud to have that and oh yeah we're increasing the rent again!
The new management here is awful. Sarah was so kind and now every time I try to talk to someone I feel threatened and disrespected. So many rules and changes that it feels impossible to live a life worth paying 1200 a month. Don't waste your time on this moldy and bug infested place. Run!
This place has to be one of the worst when considering a place to rent. My lease was up and they raised my rent AGAIN. Everything in the apartment is the cheapest it can possible be. Threats about a dirty patio fee, while their garbage PIT is literally all over the parking lot. Slumlords who care nothing about the people that rent from them, unless it is to harass you for some minimul, petty thing.
Missed this place. Landlords was so sweet. Best part of living there was new Life for me …
