I have never written a review about a dentist office before, but then I've never had such an excellent experience with a dentist office before! I had a tooth emergency and they fit me in the next day by coming in early just for me, and all of the staff was so kind and friendly! I thought I was going to have to have a crown but my tooth situation only turned out to require a filling at this time, saving me money, time and pain! So this office will do everything that is necessary and important for your teeth, but they won't do more than that just to make more money. It is so hard to find a dentist who provides this type of care. Also, if I had needed a crown, this office knows how to do multiple types of crowns that will save as much of your tooth as possible. After this excellent experience, we are changing to Park West Dental permanently, even though it is a long drive from our home location - it is so worth it to have the right care for your teeth!
I have been going to this dental group for over 6 years. I originally was referred to them when I needed an implant done and concerned about the appearance afterward. They did an amazing job - they are so thorough, compassionate and thoughtful. They have a wonderful staff - they have great technology and are like a family. I feel like it’s home for my mouth! Ha.

Dr. Bierman and his staff members took good care of me. His patient-centered trustworthy professionalism sets him apart from all others. I thought I was destined to have a root canal operation, but Dr. Bierman wanted me to take an antibiotics to address the potential infection before moving to the next step. He was right. The toothpain slowly relieved to the point that makes root canal unnecessary. For over 10 years with Parkwest Dental, my experiences have always been excellent. My wife and I stick with them because you can trust them, and driving an hour to their office is well worth it.
I LOVE this office! The dentists and hygienists are very skillful,personable, kind and caring. They treat patients professionally and do an excellent job. I used to hate going to the dentist bad experience as a child,, but now I actually look forward to my twice yearly visits. I highly recommend Park West Dental Group.
The best dentists I’ve ever had and the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. They were able to get me in quickly when I needed it! I have suck great respect for everyone who works here! I recently used them for a crown after a root canal. The dentist was great and the staff are always very friendly and professional!
I've been going to Dr. Bierman since 2016 and he is THE best dentist in town. I've had various dental work done and I'm extremely happy with all of the results. Dr. B is full of knowledge, professional, patient, calm and collected, you're in good hands here. Dental procedures make me nervous but Dr. B and his team always brief me on what they'll be doing before we get started and address any questions or concerns I have. I appreciate how thorough he is with his diagnosis, from x-rays and exams and all throughout my treatment plan. I recently had the removal of my wisdom tooth which I was very apprehensive about. The procedure was next to pain-free and has healed up nicely. Dr. B even called me after my procedure to make sure everything was feeling okay and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciate the level of attention, care and compassion that is expressed in this office, it makes a huge difference.
Everyone at Park West Dental is welcoming and professional. They truly care about their patient's. I left a message over the weekend regarding an issue that I was experiencing. They called me at 730 a.m. Monday morning to tell me to come in right away. I could not be happier with the care, service and peace of mind they provide.
This review is for our son, Clark. He’s 11 months old and had his first dental appointment today. Dr. Bierman was wonderful with Clark and did everything to make him as comfortable as possible. Dr. Bierman was also thorough and knowledgeable addressing our concerns. Our whole family goes to this office and we love it! Thank you Park West!
Best dental office ever! Been going there for 40 years, often at a “geographical inconvenience”...but their service is just not matched elsewhere! From cleanings to crowns, they’re tops. And EXTREMELY PRUDENT in their COVID protocol. Front office deserves mention as well....fabulously and professionally staffed group
