Every time I have ever gone into Parker Insurance I have felt very welcome, cared for and supported in any question or concerns I have had. They have helped me navigate my plan not only during Open Enrollment but throughout the whole year. I am very grateful that they are so easy to get in touch with and responsive! They’re the best!!
David Parker really was a one-in-a-million HUGE help to our family. He always offered excellent, sound advice and helped us navigate the nightmarish hellscape that is Obamacare. I cannot express how deeply I regret his passing, since no one at Parker Insurance has ever even come close to helping us as much as he did. Since David's passing, trying to find good, cost effective health insurance is more frustrating than ever before since no one at Parker now seems capable of even answering my questions satisfactorily. They're friendly, but they just don't have David's insights and amazing know-how. I feel like the end result is that our family is getting royally screwed on health insurance by paying DOUBLE on everything high monthly premiums + nearly 100% of our healthcare costs out-of-pocket because of ridiculously high deductibles on the "best" plan that was recommended to us and we have no idea what to do about it. Just a terrible, terrible situation and I'm getting more and more unhappy with it by the day. P.S. Just to address Parker Insurance's reply, I am definitely NOT blaming the company at all for the mess that is American health insurance now--no, I blame Obama and the Democrats 100% for this crapfest. My primary reason for initially awarding only 2 stars is because, ever since David's passing, I have found it very difficult to get as effective help with our situation. I email and don't get a reply for 7+ days, the person I spoke to by phone last week couldn't answer my questions and recommended talking to our rep but when I call our rep isn't available, and I was told repeatedly by staff yesterday that no one would answer even my most basic question via email and that I had to "make an appointment." So the difficulty in getting sound advice when I need it in order to make informed decisions about changes in our status is the biggest source of my frustration with the company itself these days. But I really do appreciate the reply. I've upped my review to three stars because of that AND because my rep finally responded to me today. Thank you.
Their services are great for international students and young families. My wife and I are grateful for their willingness to answer all of our questions and get us on the best plan for our family. They genuinely care and no question is to small.
Brian has been so good to us, answering all of our questions and guiding us through the crazy world of insurance. They make it make sense! Would recommend 100x over.

When my husband and I first got married we went to Parker and worked with Brett. He was AWESOME! He helped us find the best insurance for us, explained things, and was very friendly. When we were wanting to get pregnant, he helped explain estimated costs and good insurance options. I would recommend him to anyone!
Parker Insurance has done a great job taking care of us. We used both Brett and Brian to do our insurance before David brought them on. All three have been excellent for us, as has their staff. They answer all our questions and get things taken care of.
