Very upset about my recent visit. I came in with an ear problem but and was seen by a student PA. I felt that I was not being heard in my problem and concerns. Very inappropriate for an ENT office.

I'm dealing with multiple health issues which is making it tough to treat my sinus issues. This office is doing their best to work with me under the circumstances from the people who answer the phone to the nurses to the Dr's. Dr Parker is kind, listens and is understanding. The office is very clean!!

They are way over priced and literally did nothing for me. Dr. Parker likes to use big words to make himself look important and the checking in staff if incredibly rude every time you go in like you are a bother to them. I got no help and now owe them over 900 dollars for nothing. I'm in the same spot I was when I went in. Total waste of time

I just love Dr. Parker. My son is 16 years old but is autistic and mentally he’s only about 6 years old. He has a habit of sticking things in his ears and then needs to have surgery to get the items removed. Dr. Parker is so patient with him and one time spent over an hour trying to get his ear cleaned out . My son has to have surgeries like every other month. Dr. Parker is just so understanding. He has a great personality and makes my son feel comfortable.

Dr. Parker and his entire team have always been courteous, forthcoming and concerned. His diagnosis of my sleep apnea and the issuing of my equipment has drastically changed my life. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a thorough, professional and welcoming practice.

Dr Parker is hands down the best doctor I've ever gone to. His bedside manner is incredible and you can tell that he very carefully picks his staff. I really can't say enough good things about their office. I've referred three other people there and they have all said exactly the same thing. One of them had been to multiple docs about sinus issues, over and over, none of them could find the issue, she went to Dr Parker ONCE and he determined she had an infected tooth root and sent her to her dentist with the proof. Again she'd been to at least 3 other docs, multiple visits and nobody could figure it out and he found the cause in ONE visit. Anytime ANYONE mentions sinus issues I send them his contact info. He's that good.

LOVE THE OFFICE AND STAFF- My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Parker or Kim for a few years. Entire staff is so friendly and great especially with my son who comes along. Dr. Parker explains things very well and is always pleasant! Its just a great office!!

The rooms are very clean and everyone is so nice! Dr. Parker is wonderful with my daughter!

Extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. Like any specialist office, it does take a little time to be seen initially, but that is to be expected with a practice that is worth their weight. I was able to get answers to my sleep problems that have been plaguing me for years AND was given a solution! I absolutely love coming here and I highly recommend it to anyone.

This office served its purpose for me but when it came to my daughter it was a travesty!!!! I was told one thing by Shannon and then another by an unnamed nurse and then finally Lorraine the supposed office manager who was completely useless in her post. First they required a referral which my insurance doesn’t require but it is their policy; upon receipt they then wanted the “personal notes” from the visit with the primary another obstruction all the while my daughter is suffering. Because passing notes was not an acceptable practice on behalf of my LI primary they denied my daughter treatment. It is quite apparent that the PA and NPs are unable to assess a new patient and make a diagnosis on their own w/o previous input. TOTAL DISGRACE and a WASTE OF TIME!!! Will never return and definitely not refer anyone .... pathetic staff ‍ and policy. Totally unprofessional and an insult to the profession.
