I just stopped by tonight. The card reader at the pump took several tries to work. Tap to pay did not work at all. I used to stop and get breakfast and a can of dip 2 or 3 days a week. Now I don't go here unless it's my last option. My experience is alot of the staff are rude. I hate the self checkout only that started last year. The food is still ok if it is fresh. I will continue to go next door.

This used to be a very good parkers to visit, but now not so much. I have a parkers loyalty card and now every time I go to get gas the pumps will not take my card. The employees keep saying it works you just have to know how to do it. Such as you have to put the card in and pull it out extremely quick. I tried this so many times it wasn't funny with no luck. I also know several other people with loyalty cards that have the same issue so it is not an issue with my card. It is a shame that a company such as Parkers cannot fix their own equipment. I do not have this issue at any other Parkers store. My card works just fine so I it appears this store just does not maintain their equipment or care about providing even common customer conveniences.  In addition, this parkers has closed the drive thru which was extremely convenient for me. All of this leads me to the belief this Parkers is working towards forcing customers to come into the store so maybe they can get some add-on sales out of their customers.  Not a very convenient convenience store if you ask me.  And pay attention to the automated responses to reviews. This also shows very little true concern for their customers.  EX: I out line exactly what the issue is and what needs to be corrected yet I am suppose to call them or email them to tell them what I just told them. Really isn't that the corporations job to look at reviews and take action? It shows even their corporate operations are lacking any real customer concern.

I don't know what's going on with the breakfast food. I used to stop and get a chicken tender burrito every morning. They were nice and hot. For the past month and a half they have been cold and not very enjoyable anymore. Used to be my favorite thing to get in the mornings. I don't know if they got a new cook or what, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

Every time I visit, I experience severe racism.

I buy diesel there every week. For the last three weeks it's taken 30 minutes to get $25 in diesel. It usually take $120 to fill my truck up. I don't have an hour to fill my truck. Each time I've brought it to the employees attention and they all say the same thing " we can't help you with that ,that's not our job." Well someone needs to do something.  It's so convenient to go somewhere else  !!

Signs say "lowest prices". Far from it. The three I have been to lately have rather rude employees. The last one I was at took 12 minutes to get 10 gallon of fuel. Not very impressed.

i'm a black 72 year old basketball coach in swainsboro ga... i travel from my home in claxton daily to swainsboro for practice... i usually stop in metter to get potato logs to put something in my stomach and take my pills... never had a problem in metter... nice people.. good service...  i recently started stopping at the parkers in claxton so as to not have to rush to get to metter before 4 oclock when they stopped serving... buying potato logs in claxton i noticed that in every box of 8... 4 of them would be so small that they were barely the size of my pinky finger...  i mentioned this to some friends and they told me that i was not the only one complaining about this... several people have told me that the white servers give the larger food portions to their white customers and give the black customers the smaller portions... this doesn't surprise me about claxton... i won't be going back to the claxton store unless it's an absolute necessity...  and i also agree about the attitudes of the workers... someone needs to tell them that they are not doing us a favor by working there... there are plenty of places for us to spend our money...
