I am a FSE and travel all over, this Parker location was by far the worst customer experience I have had to date. Thanks for a wasted trip and no attempt of working with me to resolve the issue Frank.
I drove 30 minutes to The Parker store at Hydradyne and arrived at 3:00 pm needing some assistance with identifying and ordering my fittings. Came in and was ignored by Frank. Then Marshal came to help but he clearly wasn’t sure about ordering and had to rely on Frank who was listening to us the whole time but refused to help. After getting part numbers I waited for Frank who had Excuses and attitude about ordering them. Then he just asks for a po before giving me a price and hands me a paper with a 600$ total and tells me that seems very low and the total is probably incorrect?! I had specifically said many times to both guys I needed these ASAP and would have paid overnight delivery but Frank acted very concerned that it would cost my multi billion dollar corporation to much for freight. Finally after he ordered them I asked if he got them next day air he sneered and replied” ha you missed that boat already buddy”. I missed that boat? I have been in your store over an hour and a half. I canceled order with Frank and stormed out and called Pirtek and they hand delivered items same day for 200$ and spent less than fifteen minutes no arguments or excuses. Will never return to Hydradyne.
Can not make hydraulic tube or just did not want to make one for me did not have a standard test Gage hose and would not order me one will not return
