I have been living here for going on 4 years and find its a great place to live. No problems with management or maintenance
I didn't live there but spent $80 for application. After that, during ! 3 weeks credit check company called and asked some stupid questions. And finally we did not get result neither approval not decline despite on our clear background. Manager's phone is never available. Loss of money, but what is more important loss of time.
I was about to apply when I noticed thier “non-smoking policy”. Told me I don’t have the right to smoke on their property...not even on an apartment balcony. Then had the gall to thank me for my service. No thank you.
To expensive for what you get,very cheap paint on the walls,black mold in bathroom, toilet leaks,very old washer-dryer, electrical problems some outlets work, only has one maintenance guy. MOLD EVERYWHERE
Just visiting drifting through but a nice clean environment and a nice clean apartment also the parking lot was clean and I felt the location being there right down in Bremerton it seem like I was some place else really stepping it up and I hope the other places continue to do so.
I never lived here but i rent a garage unit from them and i have never had any problems ever.the management are very nice and understanding.
We have been living there for a few months hs and management is lovely, the apartments are well insulated and isolated from the noise of Bremerton. Beautiful place to live.
I feel these apartments are over priced for what they offer, and it seems management is willing to overstep their bounds, not to mention some rude tenants that cry about anything...not impressed
Love the one gal who works on the weekends, she is a gem. Always so smiley and helpful.
Super friendly people and amazing service. I went in close to closing and still got exceptional service.
