The husband should not answer the phone. Owners: the husband and the wife. This is how the conversation goes: me: Hello, do you have any availability today? the husband: No. This is all he says! How about, 'No, not today, but we do have available slots tomorrow or the day after tomorrow' or even 'I am so sorry. We are fully booked for the next few days. Would you be available next week?' The husband always answers the calls saying, "No." When I was able to get my haircut here on three different occasions, the service was good, and the price was ... reasonable. But, I was so turned off by how the husband answered the phone on multiple occasions, I simply stopped coming here.
I looooved my experience with Sean yesterday. He was quick, efficient, and didn’t talk my ear off. I’m getting sooo many compliments on my hair and people asking to touch it. Thank you for a pleasant experience. I love my cut. I will definitely be back from now on, and I will recommend to all my friends.
Felt compelled to leave a review because of just how satisfied I was with my perm+haircut earlier today. Christina paid incredible attention to detail—it seemed like she had a different combination of clippers, combs, and curling irons for every step in the process. She is clearly very skilled, and I'm still impressed at how good of a job she did considering that she probably has much more experience doing female perms. I'm certain that I'll be returning to Park Jun for my next haircut, and would highly recommend to anyone reading this to give Park Jun a try.
This place used to be my favorite place to get my hair done. Ever since the new owner came in, the prices have gone way high for the end result you get. They should definitely lower the price especially for perms. I've seen cheaper places with better end results.
DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE! These people are inexperienced and will chop off your hair like nobodies business. They don't care how you look. Not to mention, they're rude. They ask for a cash tip even after their horrible service. Don't go here unless you want to look like a shaved chihuahua dog. Seriously, worse place I've ever been to. No wonder why they're going out of business
This place is used to be my favorite place to get a haircut from. However, there’s always language barrier and it’s very difficult to get a consistent haircut. Pros: they accept walk-ins no problem Cons: it’s hard to get a good haircut, especially if you’re a guy, so unless you got a Korean friend who speaks Korean fluently that can translate what you want, you'll get a good one after at least 5 tries. Also, I feel that the hairdressers gets very picky when it comes to customer.
The new owner said they took it over since this october. He is very kind and caring. He also gave me a very honest advice on coloring my hairs. Instead of pursuing a business, he recomended to wait till next spring. Hope these guys expend their business well!
The stylist generously reserved me and done my hair past closing time to compensate for not being able to reserve time for me last time; that was nice of him. Hair was done to my liking as well, so I am pretty satisfied.
Aww my first time here I was amazing by my stylist her name is Sue she really amazing she did a awesome job on cutting my hair my hair look so healthy now and shines I will definitely be coming back here for my hair cute!! Keep up the good work!!
I've been going here for years. Jessie has decades of experience cutting Korean hair. I just sit down and she asks short or long and we are off.
