Where do I begin!!! I stumbled on Dr. Alexis Stephens when I was in dire need of skin care. I was very impressed with her vast knowledge and willingness to share unselfishly and comprehensively. After binging on her videos I decided it was time for a consultation. I drove 3 hours today for my first visit and let me tell you, she’s the epitome of a phenomenal doctor - patient, caring and knowledgeable. Her assistant took copious notes that I was able to take home with me. I walked away feeling more confident about my skincare and, knowing that I had someone whom I can reach out to if and whenever I had any questions. Dr. Stephens you have a forever patient! Oh, did I mention, her entire staff especially her assistant were outstanding and reflective of her personality. If you’re looking for the best skin care especially if you’re African American.. look no further!!!!
Dr. Stephens is caring, friendly and professional. It was my first visit and the experience was wonderful. Her staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. I am beginning a new journey and her expertise is guiding me along the way. You will not be disappointed if you or should I say, when you choose Dr. Stephens as your new Dermatologist! Thank me later!
I absolutely loved my experience. Even better than I expected. Office was clean, staff was professional & friendly. Dr Stephens was extremely thorough. Was very interested in everything I had to say. Her assistant was there to take notes that I would take home which was super helpful. If I was unsure of something, assistant would look it up on her laptop to be precise. I will definitely return and highly recommend!!!
Dr. Stephens and her team are the examples to follow in a medical office. She is patient, honest and thoroughly takes the time to answer every question, and I have many. She even still checks on my son even though he is no longer a patient. I have recommended her to friends and family and everyone loves her office. Thankful for all she has done for every visit for the last 4 years. Appreciate her and the staff.
Great experience all around. Best part is the dermatologist. She is so kind, listens to your concerns and addresses them without trying to up sell you.
Dr. Stevens and her staff were amazing. It’s often uncomfortable going to a dermatologist and baring all of your imperfections, but, Dr. Stevens and her staff made the visit a positive experience for me. I Highly recommended this office for all of your dermatological needs!
I personally feel like Dr. A. Stephens was super genuine and understood myself conscious. Great energy and environment. Trying these products thats recommended. Lets start my hair regrowth journey.
Im so glad I finally got to meet with Dr Stephens and her team. I’ve followed her work for a while and being cared for by her was a privilege and honor. Everyone was pleasant and personable. Im looking forward to following up with Dr Stephens after following her advisement.
The office, staff, and the doctor herself were equally amazing!!!! I was very pleased with all aspects of the experience. Definitely going back, wish I could give a few more stars!!
My experience at Parkland Dermatogist with my teenage daughter was phenomenal. Dr. Alexis took her time and answer every questions my daughter had. She was very pleasant and informative. My daughter feels very comfortable with Dr. Alexis and thats what's important. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 it was because I had to wait an hour after my appointed time to be seen. Otherwise the staff and Dr Alexis was awesome.
