Our staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality medical care to our patients in the Lehigh Valley area. We work with most insurance groups. It is our privilege to provide continuing and comprehensive health care for individuals and families across all ages, genders, economic statuses, and diseases. We endeavor to provide care for the patient within the context of the family and the community, emphasizing disease prevention and health promotion. We desire to provide personal care for each individual and remain on the cutting edge of technology without losing our human touch. We are pleased to offer a very special auxiliary staff and patient-friendly hours, in recognition of the demands of peoples busy schedules.

Have gone there for almost twenty years. My problem is always solved after my visit. Staff is friendly and personable.
We have been going to Parkland Family Health Center for many years. The doctors and staff are kind and empathetic and do not keep you waiting for long to be seen. They also provide thorough medical care and take time to listen to your issues.
Dr Henry is a warm and professional person. Has helped wife and myself tremendously. Front desk personnel are caring and professional. Love yee and Brittany. They all make you feel comfortable. George and bobbie frey.
I have gone here for the past couple years. I moved here from California. I have seen most of the doctors. The staff is nice, I am always seen fast and have an easy time making appointments. I am a nurse so I am probably harder on medical offices than most people. I found the doctors to be knowlegable, kind and thorough. It is also great to find the office so close with convenient hours. I would highly recommend this office.
During COVID I can't even get a checkup for my health issues because of a throat damage that causes me to cough. What a joke, heaven forbid you cough they think you have COVID. Even had to fight them just to get meds for my daughter to get better before this, even after I had her at the ER in Allentown 3 times. No fever, but you have a cough, oh no I guess you have COVID...what a joke.
We have Service dogs and last time we went to the doctor they we fine them being in there now all of a sudden they don't want them in there when it was one of there doctors who wrote the note never going back because they're the ones who kicked us out and they're the ones who wrote the note out
This place is the best! Dr Henry is AMAZING! I love the staff and everyone is just so friendly and caring.
You cannot ask for a more caring Staff. Top notch professionals ,
