Great place but whenever we wanna go to the pool the pools closed we've been waiting since monday
They have a new manager and his name is Cameron, very nice guy.
One of the best Mobil home parks in town. The streets are kept well maintained, no overnight visitors allowed to park overnight in the visitor parkings Without A Permit! From management in the office. Subject to towing! Beware! Very quiet neighborhood and friendly environment. Has a community center and a pool.
I was buying a soda and confronted by the armed night time security It went from trying to respond to his questions with respect to him retraining me. Assaultinge slamming my head twice into a parked car by the management office and then slamming me on the ground and calling the cops for trespassing. Not to mention I' have mental health issues and told the security guard not to touch me and that I was handicap. With no concern .. this place is a terrible place to raise a kid or to ever imagine your self living at . OTHER THAN THE SECURITY. The People living there are some of the best people in this area Parklane Estates has a rich Latino Community built on Respect providing a safe place for kids to ride bikes swim and enjoy everyday life .. they need to.fire the security and replace them that's all
Parklane States, located half way Canyon Country is not far away from Golden Valley Rd and on the other side is near Via Princesa accessible to 14 freeway on both sides. Ralph's, CVS, Big Lots, Wells Fargo Bank among other shops are a very short distance. Only problem is the parking space. One cannot move freely. One driver has to move to exit the parking.
They have a new manager and his name is Cameron, very nice guy. The park has been very pleasant under his control. I have friends that live there and they say the same. If you need any help concerning the park rentals, sales or anything else go see Cameron. Keep up the good work!!! Matthew V. Bonofiglio
Been living here two and a half years. Great community of people and well maintained other than people letting their small dogs off leash. Ever since management changed it has been more tolerable. Speed bumps suck as well but other than that, excellent!
While I have been a homeowner here for over 10 years, I cannot say that it's been all good or all bad. There have been times when the management was excellent, but just as many times it has been poor one manager only lasted a couple of months after having been found to have a pretty long police record. In my 10+ years here I can say one thing is consistent: the park rules are not always applied evenly. My neighbors have old rusting, dilapidated sheds which are an eyesore, yet it was my brand new shed that was targeted for not being the "same color" as my home, causing us to incur yet more expense to have it repainted on top of that which we incurred buying the shed which was, incidentally, not cheap. Currently, you cannot have ANY guests park in the "guest" parking because a "permit" is needed. How does one get a permit? At the management office which is only open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. So if you have dinner guests who wish to park there at 6 pm, you are SOL. Forget about inviting anyone over on a holiday or weekend! The car will be towed. Nice, touch for your guests, huh? The park charges enough for space rent and immediately raises it yearly! that you would think they would go out of their way to provide decent value for it's homeowners instead of constant inconvenience and aggravation. I'm currently considering selling both my homes there yes, we own two, one I live in and one I co bought with another family member and move to traditional single family residence where I can do as I please without worrying about breaking the arbitrary park "rules".
Parklane estates is run like they are doing you a big favor by letting you live there. The have absolutely no customer service and if you have more cars that will fit in your parking space you have to pay a ridiculous amount per month for a space, if you have a guest they must have a parking permit or the get towed. So don't have an unexpected guest show up after hours or they will be towed. The manager is very biased and confrontational. Their space rent is also way overpriced for what the place has to offer. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.
Living here is very bad. The manager constantly takes photos of what you are doing that appears "bad" to her and sends it to your space number. She also doesn't allow GUEST to park in the GUEST PARKING without a permit. What kind of nonsense is that? It has its name for reason. What if you have unexpected visit on the weekend? How are you supposed to allow them to park? Well the only other option is to send them to the street which is very rude. She cancelled our only chance of exercise, Zumba, due to people complaining about it being to expensive. It was only 2 dollars when you decided to come. It's only a small contribution not much to ask for. The photos she and her employee take of the people living her are getting out of hand. She will send you a photo even if she sees the smallest piece of trash outside your house. My family get sent photos of us moving our cars to try to get the one all the way at the end. How is that even acceptable? For anyone thinking about moving here, re think it. Don't come here thinking you'll have this amazing place to live at.
