Great car, terrific price... I was in the market for a specific used vehicle and found the year and model I wanted at Park's FIAT in Wesley Chapel, about a 1 1/2 hour drive from my home. I called to check availability and schedule a test drive. When I arrived I found the vehicle parked up front and Kathy Burke waiting to assist me. Kathy showed me the car and we promptly set off on the test drive. Kathy prearranged a test drive route that would showcase the vehicles features including highway driving. Kathy was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. When we returned to the showroom I told Kathy what I was looking to spend and we discussed price. There was no uncomfortable haggling or pushy sales tactics; and I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Kathy was great, she made sure my wife and I were comfortable while waiting for the paperwork and called me the next day to see how I liked the car. Kathy even went as far as printing out directions to a restaurant in the area, so we could have dinner before we drove home. I only wish Park's FIAT of Wesley Chapel was closer to my house so I won't have to drive so far the next time I'm in the market for another car! Thanks for a pleasant car buying experience...
After visiting a few dealers in the Central Florida area, I had about given up on purchasing a new Fiat. Then we made a trip to Parks Alfa Romeo Fiat of Wesley Chapel and we were greeted by Kathy Burke. We explained to her what we were looking for and she took the time to listen to us versus trying to sell us a car. He knowledge of the product was amazing and the whole experience was not the usual pressure approach to car sales. Before we left that day, we made a deal that was fair and our car was ordered. During the wait for our delivery, Kathy communicated to us even step of the build schedule and kept us notified of the progress. Delivery day came, the car was ready, all checked out and looked great. Her along with their master mechanic went through the whole car, explaining how everything worked and answered any question we had. Amazing service including follow up phone calls just making sure everything was fine. At 60 years old I have purchased many cars, but this experience was right up there as the one of if the best buying experience ever. Thanks Kathy !!
If you want an AMAZING car buying experience - Go see Kathy at Parks Fiat Romeo Wesley Chapel! We purchased a 2015 Fiat pop for our daughter in July and could not be happier! She loves the car and so do we! In fact we loved it so much we went back in October, asked for Kathy and drove home with a 2016 Fiat 500x! We now own 2 Fiats because we had such a great experience. In fact......Best. Experience. Ever. We highly recommend! Two thumbs up!
I just completed a purchase of an Alfa Romeo Stelvio yesterday. I was surprised when I changed my mind. I originally visited in order to test drive and possibly purchase a Fiat 500x. While I like the Fiat, my salesman had me test drive the Stelvio. I liked it so much better. My salesman Cody Klingmann did an excellent job in explaining all the features and benefits of both. I totally love my new car and my experience at Parks Alfa Romeo was a great experience. No pressure and very nice people.
I had an excellent experience at Parks Fiat. My salesman Morgan Scott. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling. From the time we walked in the door to the time we took delivery he was very informative about what was going on. He is a great asset to the dealership! I would recommend Morgan to anyone who is looking for a Fiat!
I love my new 2015 Fiat! And I am equally "enamored" of my wonderful salesman, Morgan Scott. We chatted throughout the time Morgan was showing me some new Fiats based on the criteria I gave him, and during our conversation we discovered we are both from the same hometown in another state. What a coincidence! I can say that he is the most friendly, courteous and informative guy! He made the buying experience so enjoyable. If you're going into Parks looking for one of those cute little Fiats, please ask for Morgan.....he is wonderful! .......and why did I buy a new Fiat? It was the "Francis effect"!
Repair center service is seriously lacking. I called to have my car repaired and set an appointment for a Saturday. They gave me a window between eight and nine. I told them what I needed based on another estimate and they ordered the part. I was sick the entire week before my appointment and due to the medication I was 30 minutes late. When I arrived I was told they brought in a tech specifically to fix my car and it was his day off so they sent him home. I asked why I wasn't called first. They had no response. Additionally I was never told that if I was late they would not take me. I have never been turned away for service in my 30 years of owning cars. Additionally I asked if they were going to at least check the car out to be sure of the issue and they said they were fixing it based on the estimate I got from another mechanic. This is ludicrous. I left and went next door. I was seen by the Kia dealer techs right away and they did a full diagnostic. Turned out I didn't need any repairs, just an alignment. I felt the Fiat service center didn't want my business at all. I'll never return. I haven't been contacted at all since. They should have told me upfront about not servicing me and when I didn't arrive close to the end of the window, they should have called to let me know then too. By the way, the Fiat center was a ghost town but the Kia center was hopping and super busy.
I came in a few weeks ago and bought a car from Morgan. He was great! He was very friendly and I didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying anything. He knew all the answers to my questions and worked really hard to make sure I got the exact car that I wanted. He's awesome! Before I took my car home, he went through every single detail of the car with me to make sure I knew it all and was comfortable with the way it all worked.
If you're looking to buy a new car or suv, go see Cody Klingmann at Parks Alfa Romeo. I have been to MANY local dealerships recently and I can tell you Cody is excellent. He has great product knowledge, really listens and tries to see what is or isn't a fit for you and he's very professional and respectful of your time. He will help you to feel comfortable in your sales experience and treat you like a 'client' and not just a quick sale. I want to point out I don't know Cody personally and I have no motive to make this review other than to help other prospective buyers who are interested in the Alfa Romeo product and are genuinely interested in what to expect from a visit to Parks Alfa Romeo.
