I utilize an integrated approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy. My job is to empower and support you as an individual, while helping you apply the strengths and abilities you already have.
Having a busy schedule can be stressful. In effort to better serve you, evening and weekend appointments are available. I understand coming into therapy for the first time can be anxiety provoking, so please know each session moves at your own pace.es for individuals, couples, and families.
