I will start by saying that I grew up at this ballpark with family friends playing ball. I have had my child play ball now for 3 seasons and it’s truly sad the way this ballpark is being ran currently. Amazing umpire on the ozone league but 50/50 shot he could make it to the game on time, only to have the commissioner and wife stand in to umpire in flip flops. The umpire is more friendly with kids and parents then the commissioner. Fields and stand area not maintained, trash overflowing, score boards that you can’t read to keep up with the game and bathrooms that are nothing short of using a port-o-let. Raise the price a bit on enrollments, hire people that can show up on time as the coaches and players do, fix the score board and let the kids play the games they are owed to play. Cancelling make up games due to rain in the spring 1st, 2nd or 3rd place shouldn’t matter, let the kids play the games that they were signed up for. For most of these children its not competitive, its learning and playing ball amongst friends and you shortchange them when they can’t play their scheduled games. The folks that run this ballpark, should love the game and the kids; this should not be an inconvenience for them to be involved. This is not the case as it is being run right now.
Always waiting on umpires when we have to play here. Every.Single.Time. Fields and facilities need a major overhaul as well.
The facilities are outdated…but you can overlook that. However you can’t overlook how the away parents/kids/coaches are treated at this field! The umpires are amazing, but that’s where it ends.
I've never liked this field. The landscaping is terrible, the batting cages aren't maintained, and the pitcher's mounds usually have sink holes. Wescott is hard to top, but Park's field looks abandoned.
Nice facility. One exception. No organized parking. Kind of a circus.
The park is not well maintained. Arriving at the field there was a homeless man and broken liquor bottles. Baseball fields were no mowed for a couple weeks.
Great experience for all ages, the best t-ball and baseball in all of Dorchester County!

Dixie Youth Baseball. It has 4 fields to play on. Concession is available during spring and fall ball.
Been going to games for a few years now, the only problem I have seen is the smoking around the kids.
