We really make full use of the racquetball courts, but have enjoyed most of the features. The weight room area is fully equipped, but you might not want to be in there when the football team is there...lol. the walking/running machines are very nice and the nautilus equipment is very capable of handling the demands placed on it. The student staff greets you when you come in and always welcomes you back when you leave.

Parks gym is great! Nice staff and new improvements coming.

Terrible hours, over priced, rude manager, no free water, and don’t sell day passes? Jesus Christ, this once used to be the best gym in Kilgore.

A great place. Lots ot equipment. Very clean and spacious.

I went to this gym for years. I am completely done and will never go back. I paid for my month membership and 4 days later they closed down again. Right now they are open but their hours are horrible. Not recommended.

It is a good gym. But, it would be nice if they added some boxing stuff like a punching bag and some gloves to practice. But I enjoyed my time there.

Been going for almost a year and I really do enjoy exercising on the equipment that they have. Nice atmosphere and very clean

Love the variety, the people there to greet me, especially love the yoga. I wish the pool was still open though

Ok. Some older equipment. Could do with more coolng fans! Try to avoid 1700 - 1900 busy times.Great value overall.

They have just about everything, I do wished they had more machines than the free weights but you can do everything you need too
