Parkside At Ashburn

We've lived here for about a year now and absolutely love it! The office staff is friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns that have popped up. The neighborhood is incredibly clean and nicely landscaped. Our guests always comment on how quiet it is here. Our toddler loves the pool and the playgrounds. We love that we have zero yard work. We also love that our neighbors don't have yard work either so there is never that one house with the outrageously overgrown grass. We were unsure about purchasing here initially based on some of the negative reviews but are very glad we did. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive and we've not encountered any of the issues other reviewers mention with parking, towing, fines, etc. Overall we've been very pleased with management and the community. We are so glad we ended up buying a home here!

We REALLY LIKED this community when we moved in. With a bad neighbor, an evil towing company that may be using illegal practices unconfirmed things have gone down hill for us. I don't suggest you BUYING one of these homes as the HOA is highly restrictive on everything from lights to plants. Renting is okay is you have a nice homeowner to deal with.

If you are looking to buy or rent in this location think twice. The HOA management company is completely unprofessional and only out to penalize the residents. They dont look to resolve any issues before they charge penalties and are only out to increase their revenue and get a higher management fee. They have absolutely no customer service skills and refuse to use any common sense that is needed when managing properties. I grew up in Reston and have lived in many HOA's and apartment complexes. This is the first one I have ever seen this poorly managed.

You can't get trash pick up here. You have to walk your trash to the dumpsters. They say gated community, but the gates don't work 90 percent of the time. Also they tow your car even when you live there.

Lowering to 3 stars, nice place to live, nice staff, but water service doesn’t allow auto payment and front office doesn’t accept digital payments for services they nickel and dime for.

It’s a really nice place to get a quick snapshot and really clean and the cleaning service was really great but the trash door and front gates were broken a few days ago because of the storm.

HOA is overpriced for the level of amenities . Walls are so thin I hear the neighbors clearly through the walls.

Clean and Great working staff. Neighbors are generally friendly.

Great Neighborhood with excellent location and ameneties.
