Update: I have contacted the authorities about this matter, but I do want to point out that renting with my ss is illegal. There is very much that is still in your control. Someone is renting a unit here using my social security number. I have called management multiple times and left a voicemail. I am reporting you.

I moved in a couple of months ago and no Roches, nice and quiet, lots of tree's and Grass to play on, and you feel good being here, I didn't think I would like it here but I do, the manager is very nice and if anything is wrong she's takes care of things, you should give it another try, really!!! .

This place was a living hell I was constantly harassed by the management, I was even told to leave by Vanessa because she re-rented my place while I was living there I had to hire a lawyer. They would not do any repairs in a timely fashion just a terrible experience all together, I have never seen so many roaches in my life . This place needs to be tore down and properly managed, to say the least.

Just want to say to all future n past renters. Stay Away from here. The lady up front always looks out for her own. If u like living with wall to wall Roaches then go ahead.

By far the worst apartment complex in the area. The have a massive problem with police going in the place and shutting down the only route of ingress and egress as well as bad roach problems and extremely belligerent management. I wouldn't wish it on my enemy.

I BEEN LIVING AT PARKSIDE TERRACE FOR OVER 1 YRS IN HALF AND SO FAR I HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE HOMELESS THAT RESIDES BEHIND THE PARKIG LOT COMPLEX.ONE THING I DIDNT LIKE AT THE BEGGINING WAS THE ROACHES BUT THEY DID A DEEP FUMIGATION LAST YEAR AND IT SEEMS LIKE IT WORKED FOR NOW.WE AS TENANT NEED TO WORK TOGETHER SO THAT DOESNT HAPPEN AGAIN.

The renter the lady at the front Vanesa is very unorganized and rude likes to care about her own self and chooses favorites.

I will leave the Wooster ever again
