Sharing our very own personal brand of intelligent, healing movement, Core Integrated Alignment Yoga, we currently offer 20 classes a week including: Yoga (Warm & Non Heated), Kids Yoga, Fitness Bootcamp, Yoga Teacher Training, Immersion, and other fun events, a Boutique, Lifestyle Development, Private Instruction, and so much more!
