Friend’s Settlement in Philadelphia, NY, a short commute to Ft. Drum and surrounding areas. We have been serving the military community here at Ft. Drum since 1985! We are a very family friendly and pet friendly community that we would be proud for you to call home. We currently have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom garden style apartments and townhomes available for your view and ready for move-in.
Our apartment homes have all been recently renovated to feature new kitchen cabinets, countertops and flooring. All of our apartment homes come with a garage (to keep your vehicle out of the snow) and extra storage space (for your military gear), included in the price of your rent! In addition each apartment has a laundry room and the 3 and 4 bedroom apartments feature a breakfast bar in the kitchen.
As you tour your new spacious home you will notice a nice and clean appearance inside and outside. The lawns are nicely manicured and the landscaping is immaculate with many mature shade trees on the property. Snow removal is also included so you do not have to shovel! Sometimes we have received 2-4 feet of snow over a 48 hour period!
We also have a newly renovated Community Center with a 42 inch flat screen TV and plenty of seating for a large party. Friend’s Settlement host annual Halloween and Christmas parties and facilitate a summer lunch program for the children of the community. The community center is also available to our residents for private parties such as, birthday parties, baby showers, Super bowl parties, etc... There is no charge to reserve the Community Center and please feel free to discuss any ideas that you may have for an activity, with your Management Staff
