Cant put into words how thankful i am to have been apart of such a lovely community! Gina was most helpful in my setup, as it had been my first time renting an apartment and once i was able to move in, i had no problems what so ever there! Everyone keeps to themselves and the cost to live there is pretty great! I had a one bedroom shared with my boyfriend and it was such a cozy place to live, I recommend highly to at least get on the waitlist! I’d really like to thank Gina for how great of a person she is! Not a lot of people in office help out as much as she does, and she makes living there even more awesome cause she’s so helpful and dedicated to making her tenants very happy! : 10/10 !
We lived at this place for 6 beautiful years and it's like being at home with your "family." From Ms. Gina who is the best by the way! at the office to Anthony and all the staff, they will treat and serve you as one of their own. Prompt service, enormous considerations with various requests, they will do their very best to make your stay a worthwhile living. Indeed, they were a blessing to us all! It's a peaceful and quiet community, always clean and the neighborhood in its entirety is a place you want to come home with every single day. Never had a problem or anything that wasn't attended or addressed with. Highly recommended!
I lived at park Towne apartments for many years n I have never had a problem I loved it there n hated 2 leave but only because I bought a home. Gina is the best person of management in the world. She will work with you n help you to the upmost. She is more like a friend. I loved it there n my aunt moved there for awhile n she also loved Gina. She is really for the people n the apartments are very nice n well kept. Park Towne is a great place to live.
I had staying in Park Towne for more than five years .they are very good people. Apartments in a good condition nice and queit, good environment where people can actually make a living. different people got different opinion, most of the time people talking down something or somebody, its because things dont go the way they want it. I moved out the apartment a few months ago they had no critics from me they treated you like family , helping you to get where you wanna be. If I ever lost my house i will go right back to them and do the something over and over again. So please don't listen to everything people say !!!!!!
I lived there for 4 years and I can not complain about anything. Gina, take care of each one of the people who live there and the entire staff is very helpful. The place was always clean and is a safe place for any family.
Best place ever i love it. The manager is the best she's so kindhearted and help you with whatever you need. I recommend it 100%.
