The best in the business! That’s an understatement! I purchased a home around this time last year in Suffolk County and was fortunate to have worked with Neely Mondello of South Shore Mortgage. Neely and the entire staff were awesome. The entire process was smooth as could be. Right before closing we were advised it would be in our best interest to lock in our rates and and I’m so glad we did. About a week after locking it in mortgage rates went up a quarter and a half. Neely and the staff at South Shore Mortgage always had our best interest and always made themselves available to us. For every question or concern they had an answer and when they didn’t they knew someone who did. Everyone was on the same page. No hiccups whatsoever. Just recently our home insurance coverage expired and we decided to call our friend Neely just to see if she could steer us in the right direction. She did just that. I can’t thank Neely or South Shore Mortgage enough for all that they did for me and my family. These tiny gestures might be small for some but to me and my family it truly means a lot. I went o South Shore Mortgage because I had a mortgage with Bank of America and because I lost my job I missed 3 payments and they locked out my mortgage and wanted to foreclose on my property. I went to South Shore Mortgage and they took the time to listen to my story. They provided great service and after 5 years of trying to get my house back they got me a mortgage in 2 days and I had the money in less than 2 weeks with ease. I was able to get my house back from Bank of America and avoid it going into foreclosure and it was all due to the ability of South Shore Mortgage they weren't afraid of the big guys. I can't say thank you enough for all the help they provided. I'm now happy to say I since sold that house and moved to South Carolina and bought a house cash.and the funny thing is that Bank of America still send me credit card and loan applications and I toss them in the garbage. Anyone reading this consider what bank you are doing business with I wish I had know about South Shore Mortgage thank you Bob Jacobsen and the entire staff for all your professional help......
