Dr Gomez was wonderful. A very good doctor who listens. The only issue is- if you can actually get in to see her. If you want consistent appointments and to be seen in a timely manner, this is not the office to go to. My original appointment with her was in January/February. It is now middle of August, and I have yet to see her again. The first time they rescheduled me, I had to wait 3 months for my next appointment. Mondays are really the only days that work for me since I’m a nurse, and that’s my only day off. All the other days I need to be there 8-5 because we are short staffed like most places. I get that. I said ok, no biggie. I understand things happen. 2nd appointment comes around and they have to reschedule me again for some reason. They couldn’t fit me in again for 3-4 months. I was quite irritated at this point because now it’d be 6-7 months past my original appointment. The lady was super rude and told me “there’s nothing I can do. I’m just the one who has to call everyone and get yelled at.” I work in an office and do scheduling. If I know a patient has already been rescheduled several times due to our issues - I try to go a little more above and beyond for them to squeeze them in where we can. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for next week on Monday. Today, they called me to reschedule AGAIN. This is now number 3. I told them to not worry about and I will find another neurologist elsewhere. If I have to wait another 3 months, I might as well wait 3 months to find a new provider. Then hopefully I won’t continue being rescheduled every time. Very poor job of this office. Especially with someone who has been very patient and understanding. I do not recommend this office one bit. Use your critical thinking skills to rearrange scheduling to work with the patients YOU keep cancelling.
Absolutely the worst at answering phones returning messages writing any kind of order for CT scans responding back to patients All they say is go back to an ER I think Pueblo's doctors hospitals and their actual people that answer the phones are absolutely absurd I understand why everyone's gone to robotic calls because these people can't even transfer a call answer a call or return a call Go somewhere else because they'll kill you in this place with these kind of idiots running this show, ER tells us to follow up with our neurologist they say go to the ER? WOW Just WOW how do you get a MD license if you can't write a order or follow up with a patient you suspect to have a blood clot or worse! According to you? WOW how unprofessional can you get!!!
Dr. Sagi refuses to see my mom when there is something wrong that drs are missing. EEG came back abnormal. Claudia who I spoke to is very unprofessional. Clown puff of a Dr.
They are so very rude. I was told I couldn’t go there cause they are no longer taking Botox patients after I was approved in Feb to go there and said I need to go to the springs. Witch is fine 6mths later but I was in the middle of asking a Question on the phone and they hung up on me. I would give them more stars if they talked to people better on the phone or when I walked in to give them the records they asked for and was so rude then too.
The front desk ladies are pretty rude, and unknowable when I called for information on my last visit. I asked for someone who does have the information to call me back and the girl just said okay then hung up, come on there is a thing called phone edict. I do have to say though the nurse and Dr where amazing.
I was referred by my Dr after not getting any help from the previous Neurologist I saw. I had a craniotomy last year and have complications from it. They told me that I couldn't make an appointment with them, because they "Don't do second opinions or transfer of care."
I wanted to shout out to Rebecca for being a caring and knowledgeable provider that went the extra mile in my time of need. Thank you so much for working thru a challenging situation with me. Your professionalism does not go unnoticed!!!
Most horrible experience with a doctor's office ever! We are new to Colorado, and needed to find a new neurologist for my husband. They wouldn't even let us make an appointment without having his records and a referral. Then they told us they would 'consider' him. Consider taking on a new patient??? REALLY??? We can understand the referral part, we could even understand the possibility of having too many patients, but once they received all the required documents we never heard from them. We had to hear from my husband's previous doctor in PA that they wouldn't accept him. They didn't even have the courtesy of calling us to let us know they wouldn't take him, or why they wouldn't accept him. All of this went on for about 4 months. Very poor professionalism, and it's just sad that a doctor's office appears to care more about how much money they can make rather than the actual patient. What happened to the sacred oath?
The front office staff, mainly Debra, is horrible. When phone calls are answered by Debra, information is not passed along to the doctor or the MA. If information ever makes it to the doctor, mine was Dr. Doshi, then no action is taken, not even a returned phone call. Barbera, the office manager, claims she is there to help for problems such as these. Instead of returning your call via voicemail, she has the front office staff call you to listen to your complaints. I have a very rare neurological disease and am now driving twice the distance to be treated accordingly by doctor and staff. The driving distance is worth avoiding this mess show of staff and doctors that claim they are here to help you.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Doshi at Parkview Nuerology. I had been seen in the past by 2 Parkview neurologists who I will not name, but their care was absolutely horrible! They wouldn’t look at me when they were talking to me and they kept prescribing me medications that I told them I didn’t want. However, with Dr. Doshi, things were completely different. He spent a full hour with me on the initial evaluation day, took a thorough history, and explained all of the possible routes of treatment for my diagnosis. He was timely in ordering further diagnostic tests and called me to relay the results when he got them. He has a great bedside manner and is the best neurologist that Parkview has had in awhile. Would strongly recommend him to everyone.
