Parkview Place quality standards are higher than in some surrounding neighborhoods and include 10-foot ceiling minimum on the first floor, Impact glass windows, 2’x 6’ exterior walls & R-19 bat insulation or R13 spray foam insulation. The 2’x6’ exterior wall construction allows for better insulation which can help mitigate utility bills and sound between the homes. Impact glass windows also help with sound but even more importantly, protect your home during storms. They can also help with insurance rates.
Parkview Place homes will be smaller but still have the quality of a larger home. The minimum square footage for a one-story home is 1400 square feet.
