Wonderful! I had an excellent experience. This was my first time getting an oil change at Parkway Lube. I went to two other places that had over an hour wait for oil change on a Saturday. Understandable But this place was able to get me in and out quickly and efficiently. The guy that helped me was fantastic and very friendly. Didn’t make me feel dumb or try to upset anything. Made me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend this location and the workers are just friendly and welcoming. We will be coming back and coming here more often for oil changes.Service: Oil change

For the record, the quick lube portion of this place closes at 7 and the car wash closes at 8! But they are fantastic and super nice. Even though I said I didnt want to make them late going home, because i showed up at 6:50, they still took me in and acted like it wasn't a big deal to do one more oil change. Super fast and did all the things. Even gave me suggestions of mechanic places to go to around the area for more detailed work my car needs. Will be back.....Just earlier in the day.

I rarely use places like this for an oil change, but when I had my van in the shop a few days earlier, they were out of oil. The employees were extremely courteous and fast. They were very kind, even though I pulled in right before closing. The price was only $10 more than I usually pay, so for the convenience, I was extremely satisfied. All my fluids were topped off, my lights checked, and my tires checked and filled. It took about 8 minutes. Well worth it.Service: Oil change

Very friendly staff, exceptional service, and efficient work. Easy to schedule an appointment, great pricing for the great quality of work. Staff were very engaging and treated me with utmost respect and positivity. I will definitely be going there from now on. I’m always leery of mechanic shops as I’ve been screwed over multiple times. These guys are very trustworthy and will answer any questions you may have. Very willing to work with your needs. Also a clean and organized workspace. Best oil change I have ever gotten at an oil change shop. In and out in under 20 minutes, Maybe even 15. Cost was so cheap I even bought an air filter. All they need now is a rewards program. Grat job!

Hours are wrong. This place is not open till 8:00 PM. I have told them to update their hours in Google Business every time I come here. Maybe someday they will update. The service itself is great and the car wash is nice.

These guys are second to none. Great expertise under the hood, don’t try to push products or upsell you, and friendly and professional. I could change my own oil, but I appreciate that they inspect other things that I would not have an eye for.
