Sure they act like family when you arrive,  because they want your money. Word of advice make sure you getting everything they promise you on paper with details before signing, better yet wouldn't recommend you going here. They don't make GM like they use to do many problems not even hit 100k yet traded in my vehicle for Toyota.

This was one of THE best car purchasing experiences we've ever had.  Mike Ryan was a pleasure to work with.  We knew from the moment he gave us each a firm handshake and looked us in the eyes we were going to buy a truck from him.  He further reinforced that initial feeling by actually listening to what my husband wanted out of a truck and made sure he got EXACTLY what he wanted.  Mike did a wonderful job getting us in front of the accessories and financing associates in a timely manner while simultaneously having our trade in vehicle appraised so that in short order my husband was a proud owner of a fantastic truck.  That's it in a nutshell.  One could state he was doing his job but it's the little things that really made this experience so nice.  Mike somehow made himself unobtrusive when my husband and I wanted to discuss pros/cons of the truck yet he magically appeared when we had questions.  He answered any question/concern concisely and honestly.     When purchasing a vehicle, there is some inevitable down time as there are other customers, paperwork and such to work around.  Mike managed to  made that time pass quickly by being personable without getting too personal.  Mike and Parkway may have set a record for least painful, most efficient vehicle sale in history.  There was no pressure, no games, just a straight forward transaction in an efficient, professional and pleasant environment.  This is the experience I wish for every person buying a vehicle.  You are guaranteed to have a fantastic experience at Parkway with Mike Ryan.

At the Kingwood location, Brandy and Vanessa were very helpful to me. My car had to be towed in, and as it turned out the engine was replaced under warranty. Since this service, the car has run great. I really appreciate this dealership and its employees.

Purchasing a car at parkway Chevrolet was an experience, I will say the drive to Tomball sure didn’t feel long knowing that I would leave with my dream car. Bob Hodge did a great job communicating with me I live in San Antonio even though there was some hiccups that day,  he managed to make it a great experience and provided great hospitality. I showed up to the dealership with no notice and Bob made sure to be there as soon as he could to help me. Connection with Bob was like no other I’ve been to different dealerships and I was treated badly due to my age 24, salesman didn’t seem interested in helping me thinking I was not serious about the purchase. I’m so pleased with my decision of driving to Parkway Chevrolet and so lucky to have gotten Bob to help me. Definitely recommend!!!

I would recommend this place to my own family! Heck my dad was the one who recommended me to contact Parkway and Bob a salesman there to help me find my perfect car! After finding the car it needed a little extra love before it could be released to me. Seeing how I live in Austin, Bob delivered the car here in Austin to me and took the loaner they gave me for a couple of days! Thank you Bob and Parkway family!

I had been searching for months for the right Camaro. I found it at Parkway.  Riley Piper was an amazing salesman and did a great job getting me in my new Camaro and even took the time to sit in the car with me and show me how to use all the gadgets and explain everything so that I understood.  I did not feel rushed at all, even though there were many other customers there he could have been helping,  he took his time to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied with my purchase.  If and when I ever buy again,  it will definitely be with Riley.

Best buying experience, excellent customer service, Santiago Olvera really went the extra mile to help me and my boyfriend get our new trucks. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, very helpful, he answered all our questions, we got what we where looking for at affordable prices, he made sure we went in and out in a timely manner as well. 100% recommended and I’ll keep sending people his way! Thank you so much.

I'm back and to share my experience! I will say i will continuously go to Parkway only to deal with David Trammel! He is an absolute sweetheart! He goes up and beyond to ensure that everything you want and need is no biggie. I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with when purchasing a car, but Davids' patience and hard work got me the truck we wanted at a price we could afford.  THANK YOU DAVID!!! See you in a few years for a newer model!
