Parkway Inn

They charged me a $10 deposit, found out from other people staying there that they did not charge them a deposit. The room had bugs all in it, in the bed, the bathroom, crawling on the ceiling, and they refused to give me my $10 deposit back. Rooms: Infested with bugs, looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed and the bathroom had a pile of dead bugs behind the door and in the bathtub.

Yikes...this hotel was such an experience for us I am hoping that I can remember everything. First I booked on hotwire and it took several minutes for them to listen enough and understand that I had reservations and wasn't just walking in looking for a room. I booked 2 rooms both with 2 queen beds no smoking. What I eventually got after going back and forth was 2 rooms double beds smoking. The rooms themselves weren't very clean. The TV in neither room worked with some messing with it we got it to work in one room but not the either. Only some of the lights worked in each room. There were stains on the benches, beds, floors and wash cloths. There was also what looked like poop on the sheets on one of the beds. One of the rooms ceilings had clear water damage that had been painted over. The other room the bathroom light switch cover was broken so you could see the wires. There were cigarette burns on all the blankets. We were only there less than 9 hours I can't imagine what we would have found had we stayed longer.

Was taken by the rudest woman. Only their 3 hours. Room sells black mold and the worst rest room peeling paint. Fridge not plugged in room was hot as hell. And no refund. Don't even try. It was yelled at. They are trash.

Cheap, they let me check in pretty early in the day, room was pretty clean and did Not smell like smoke, even though it Was a smoking room. One of the blankets did have cigarette burns in it, the fridge and microwave were unplugged and the only plug nearby was a foot away from the sink. Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, they did not show up 3hrs prior to see if i was gonna stay an extra night, i actually over slept about 30mins. The cleaning group hadn't gone near my side of the hotel yet, so that might be why i was able to.

A horrible place to stay. Stayed here 2 weeks and the guys there are nasty and pervertive. They walk in the room with out knocking. Have to ask for towels and toilet paper and then at that get told no! I had to go to the store and buy my own. I was told I had to wait till room service came the next day. The people that work front desk are rude and have no respect. And there is no breakfast. All they have is a toaster and plain cheerios. I do not recommend staying here.

The whole place except for the lobby was filthy dirty and for three people they would only give us one towel When we try to explain that we needed more than one table for three people they seem like they didn’t understand. We went out on Saturday night or Friday night it was gone till about 1 AM when we arrived back at the room there was a man standing in the middle of my room I got out of the car and ask him what he was doing there and he said just looking around I walked out laughing he was one of the owners he had no business digging around in our room while we were there. We checked out the night before we were supposed toAnd when I asked for my deposit back which the room was cleaner when I left and it was when we got there they acted like they got mad because I wanted my deposit I eventually got it but I will never ever ever stay there again if I have to sleep in my car I would rather do that.

Extremely filthy rooms. The bathtub sink and toilet look like they had not been cleaned. The sheets on the bed look like they had not been changed. When I went down and spoke to the manager requesting either another room or someone to clean that room she was extraordinarily brewed in refused to change me to another room or to clean that room. If you’re near here run away as fast as you can this is a death trap it’s nasty disease ridden.

This place is decent. It is priced accordingly. All motels in odessa are getting high rates. I have stayed here 3 different nights in 3 different rooms. They were clean, linens were clean. Not perfect but I wouldn't expect perfect for $120 a night when motels in area are all $200 plus a night. Read reviews on here before I stayed but, this was only motel that had a room the first night. Wasn't at all bad like I expected so I stayed two different nights. Lady at front desk is nice i assume people on here saying front desk is rude are type of people that expect first class service for these prices, and maybe some of the rooms are not that nice wouldn't know only seen descent ones. Picture of sheets is to show they are clean and no burn holes.

It was a pretty crappy place to stay. We slept with our clothes on. The blankets had cigarette holes in them, and every time someone above us walked, popcorn ceiling fell on our floor/beds. I will say it’s getting two stars on account of being the only place to stay under $100 bucks, but that’s about it. And the guy at the desk was nice.

Horrible front desk attendant. Booked through hotels.com and even they couldn't understand why he was trying to charge me an additional 10 dollars + tax. Had to cancel reservation and book through another hotel. Just poorly ran hotel. Im just glad I booked through a third party so they understood the frustration.
