I got my hair colored for xmas. The lady who did it told me it would cost 36 dollars for a partial. I thought that was a great price. However I get in and about a half hour or so in the owner is upset ,yells at her for adding too many foils, and continued to go on about it over the highlighting session. I felt very awkward and bad for the woman doing my hair, I feel she was upset at her boss and she told me to ignore her. I felt this was bad business . The owner should not at all have brought that up to her in public. I ending up paying the woman 60 since she added more than she was "aware of." She did a nice job but I felt like I was taken advantage of and put in an awkward situation by the owner. Lesson learned tho, I will not be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that is honest.
I have been getting my hair cut at Parma's Finest Hair Salon for the past 7-8 months and it's been great! Linda is a sweet Lady and she treats her customers right! It's a happy place to get a quality haircut at very reasonable prices!
First time there a few months ago. She was wonderful. Sign says walk ins welcome. So I walked in. She said she has a few ahead but if I dont mind waiting she can cut my hair. She did a fabulous job. Had such a great experience I raved at work about her. Thought I found a place I can be a regular at. Stopped in today at about 4:45 to get a cut and the guy asks who I'm there for. I said to get a cut. He said I'm sorry I'm the only one here and there's customers here already. I said okay the sign said walk ins welcome, guess you should change the sign since you don't welcome walk ins. And I went to a place that actually honors their walk ins welcome sign. Wont go there any more. Because of my work schedule I never know if I will get stuck at work, so during the week I can't make appointments. It's nice when a business truly takes walk ins.
I use to get my haircut other places, now I only got here! Great people. They care about you. The women’s and men’s hair cutting price is a good deal!
New customer.... The staff is super nice, friendly, fun. However, after going and having my hair colored, highlighted and lowlights my hair was orange. They let the bleach seep onto the other hair .. Yes they tried to fix it. So they made it red when it was supposed to be brown. My cut isn't right. Swoop bang... nope. It's cut straight across at my chin. I have a wedding Saturday and have a major hair fail going on. That being said, I don't care how fun the staff is, if they can't cut and color hair. That's their job not to be comic relief. Again, nice people, capabilities are less than expectations were. Horrible lighting so it's not a wonder it's a guess as to what color you'll be getting. Guess I should have had a clue we hen the salon looked older. Anyhow, for a single process color they may be great, or a wash and set if your elderly, I'm sure they are perfect. I seen lots of very happy clients, but anything modern I'd find my way to a different salon and quickly. Yes, they said they guarantee their work, but they will be making my healthy hair a disaster if I keep going back. Lesson learned. always get a referral and see the work first. Very sad, highly disappointed and will have to find a salon, and pay even more money to hopefully fix it. My blonde hair went orande, and red... I need it brown.... I would / will definitely send my grandma in. She would love it here, but I won't be back..
Best salon in all of Parma. That's why I work there on Wednesday's. So stop by for a trim and some highlights. Located across the street from the best bar in Parma, Sloppy Bob's.
Needed a haircut and Sheila did a great job. Recommend Parma's Finast to everyone who wants to look their best.
