For nine years, Parmele stood by me and fought the fight to get SSI. Yes, nine years, I don't know how many filings and appeals, four Administrative Law Judges, some hollering, some crying, and a whole lot of frustration. But they were there. The friend who recommended me to them has passed away in this interval, sadly. You can't imagine all the things that have happened to me in the last 9 years. But in all that time, I never had to worry about my case, because Parmele was there for me, to answer any question, to listen to my gripes, to listen to me holler a few times, to listen to me cry once or twice,, and to share the burden of the battle. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a firm to represent you. I would give words more grandiose in recommendation if I could, but even as a writer, I cannot. In my opinion, they're the BEST.

Everyone whom I dealt with at Parmele was very helpful and very knowledgeable in meeting my needs. And told me upfront what to expect and what time frame to expect. I can’t say enough good things about my deals with Parmele. They even helped me with getting health insurance, and made it stress free.

I have just begun my journey with Parmele Firm, I spoke with Rita and she was amazing! She was very nice and happy to help, she answered all of my questions. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because my case was just taken so we will see what happens with communication and service. Even if there is no win that will not affect my review unless I feel as though more could have been done. But so far they have been great and Rita is who I spoke to the first time when they would not take my case until I finally was told I could not work due to my condition by my doctor 2 days later. I immediately called Rita back and told her abs she got the attorney to take my case!! She's awesome and I felt like she really listened!!! Updates to come....

First of all, Thank You to the team who handled my case. You was very caring and professional. I had struggled with serious health issues and permanent damage from injuries for nearly 30 years. My original attorney from 20 years earlier and another county left his office without notice and left me in the appeals process, resulting in denial. I gave up for nearly 20 years, especially after the attorney had done me and many others wrong, scared to get another. After 20 years struggling and trying to work but unable to physically maintain employment due to my condition, I tried it again on my own. Unfortunately I was no longer able to qualify for disability due to being 2 work credits short and not having been able to work in such a long time. I kept hitting dead ends it seemed. A few years ago I decided to make a call and try again after seeing an ad. They gave Parmele law firm my information and I was contacted within the hour by Parmele. By the time I got off the phone, we had started and they begun my SSI case. They was very thorough, informative and helpful. I was denied after a short time. I contacted my team at Parmele as soon as I got my notice and told them I wanted to appeal the decision. Then we began the process and this time the outcome went in my favor. I didn't need to do much, they took care of most everything after requesting some general information. I was usually contacted by email or regular mail. My team had me fill out monthly forms of my medical visits and return to them monthly, it was that easy. I recommend using them if you've been denied or had bad experiences with other attorneys.

Everyone at Parmele was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend an attorney when dealing with disability. The 1st attorney they assigned me wasn't very helpful but she no longer works there. The 2nd attorney they assigned me was wonderful. He was very understanding and sympathetic towards me. Being disabled is very hard to deal with. Not only the constant pain but knowing I'll never be able to work again is very depressing. I would highly recommend Parmele Law Firm.
