I walked in asking for assistance with exchanging my son’s costume and one employee young lady quickly brushed me off and kept walking. VERY rude! That same employee rang me up at the register and told me that I had to pay an additional $14, even though it was the EXACT same costume. I was just exchanging it for a smaller size. I left and went to Halloween City in Elmhurst, and was able to exchange the costume with no problem. Much better customer service!
Stopped in pick up some quick decorations and these ladies here are all standing around I been in line not knowing one of the employees locked out her register. And she proceeds to take all the guest behind me leaving me standing till we ask her. Nobody is working but one girl. They are rude once you get to the register.
DON'T PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE SELLING FRAUDULENT GIFT CARD'S. ESPECIALLY THE AMAZON MULTI GIFT CARD PACK. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PUT YOU THROUGH THE RINGER ABOUT REFUNDING OR PROPERLY ADDING THE MONEY TO THE CARDS. THE RECEIPTS ARE PRINTING OUT AS DUPLICATES. THE BBB NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS.
Refuse to do balloons ANY WHERE NEAR holidays because the teenagers that work there are lazy. I went in for bday balloons 3 days before Halloween and they REFUSED to even entertain blowing up a couple small balloons for my wife’s bday. Ridiculous. Never coming here again. Party City in Cal City needs to hire actual adults
Some of the staff were nice others a bit grouchy. They are near me and have a good variety of things
They've got alot of stuff for Party decorations, Candy's, Balloons and more. There workers are willing to help to find whatever you wanted and give the best suggestions.
Got there early for my order and then was refused to give me my order sooner...they wouldn't even start on it. Even tho there was no one else in the store at the time and no balloons were being blown up. They speak very nice to you while they tell you no and to buzz off.

Was happy this party city had what i was looking for 3rd one I went to
Had to wait 30 minutes for my 5 balloons to get ready. The candle I had just brought for my son birthday fell apart when I took it out the package went to exchange it for a new one and the cashier went to get a manager so she could ok a refund on a $3.50 candle I had just purchased 30 minutes before. I paid extra $1 for my balloons to be put in a bag and ended up walking out without the balloons in a bag. One of the balloons lost helium soon as I got it home. All in all it was a horrible experience and I will not be returning to this location never again.
