Passage Tours is an independent tour operator
owned and managed by Gordon Hoffert, a
language teacher, pastor and travel industry
veteran.
Based in Winona, Minnesota, we work
cooperatively with Paul Leaf and his team at
Classic Travel, sharing resources and expertise to
enhance the process of arranging group travel.
Passage Tours’ goal: To design and operate
customized group travel which – with regard to
price, service, and quality – consistently exceeds
the expectations of our partners.
