Passion Nails

I would not recommend Tracy. This dip was absolutely horrible. She fought me everytime I had a concern about the shape or thickness, saying it was just my point of view, or it will look better when it's shiney. She made my nails so much wider than my nail bed and they're so thick- looks just like they were globbed on. I got these done before an event and I'm SO embarrassed. They are also not smooth- they're wavy and uneven. No cuticle trimming or oil applied. Never returning and will have to get them removed elsewhere.

I also will never be going back to Passion Nails again. For years this was my regular salon, and then for a period of about 2 years I stopped going. I went with my mom yesterday and was very disappointed. My pedicure looked decent, but my dip nails were done very badly. My cuticles were not soaked or removed or even pushed back, and the dip power was put on much too think. My nails looks like blue globs, and my cuticles are dry and even flooded with the clear coat on some nails. This is not what a fresh manicure should look like. Neither technician stopped when we asked them to, and my tech also smudged my toe polish when putting on my Sandal. She did not take off the polish to correct it - she “patted” the polish down with her thumb and said it was fine. This made it obviously smudged, fingerprinted, and took away the shine. They also could only produce one LED curing light to use on both of us. It was not relaxing, and we came away disappointed. We spent $160 altogether and what we received was simply very poor skill and service.

Violet was very meticulous in doing my nails. Did them exactly as I asked. I will go back for sure. Thank you for a great job....also the establishment is very clean.Services: Polish removal

Had a good 1st visit overall. Tosha did a beautiful powder dip on my nails! I do wonder why more nail salons don't have hooks at nail technicians stations for clients to hang their purse on. Lowes has nice, inexpensive packs of 2 for $3.00 or so. White, Silver... Thank you & see you next time Almost a year...STILL love this place. I will never use this salon ever again. I used to come here all the time but I haven’t gotten my nails done in like 2 years and on Saturday I decided I would go for it. My nails came out uneven, they are not the same length, girl did not compare nail to nail. I was never offered anything to drink but I did watch how other clients were. After an hour I was so thirsty I asked the girl if I could have a water, she seemed bothered but when I went to wash my hands she got me the water out of the package and to my surprise the smallest bottle and warm as I watch everyone else with tall and cold waters or a pop. When she finished she didn’t even lotion my hands or massaged as everyone else gets done. Maybe I looked like a bum since I was in gym clothes and had been doing house chores that I didn’t look up to their standards… I will never go back, there’s tooooooo many places to go to. They are not the only ones. Since they took over from previous owners they probably lost a lot of clients. It wasn’t even that busy and I was really surprised and disappointed. My nails are so bad that it looks like I already need a refill. They are too square and uneven.

I have been going to Passion since middle school, and I am about to graduate from college. Whenever I come home, this is where I get my nails done and it’s normally a great experience. Today was different. While getting my nails done my nail tech started cutting her toenails right in front of me while my nails were drying. When she cut her nails, they were flying into my lap from under the table. She also left a hair on my nail that I pointed out and said she’d “get it later” but never did. Overall just did not do a good job at all. I was absolutely disgusted and will not come back again.Services: Dip powder

This is the first time I have gotten Shillac on my nails and it come off within a week. Both on my toes and hands. It has to be the worst job I’ve ever had. Very disappointing.

I loved my nails after getting them filled here! There were tons of workers so I didn’t have to wait at all, very sweet staff, and free drinks. My nail tech paid special attention to my nails and didn’t rush. She looked at my nails at a lot of different angles to make sure they looked right! Loved it here :
