Best Experience My son is traveling to Bangladesh this summer. We met with Tonya Parson at Passport Health in Memphis, TN. She was extremely knowledgeable and sat down with us for more than two hours going over what was specifically needed for my son. She helped to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend this clinic. The care was very personalized. I am confident that my son will be well prepared for his travels, thanks to Tonya.
Excellence continues!!!! We were so excited when we first found and worked with Passport Health. The services and personnel exceeded our expectations. Since then we have contacted them all of our mission trips and referred all others to them. Everyone thanks us for the introduction - we are able to travel with a peace and confidence.
Don't waste your time and money on this place. Needed some stuff for my visa and told me that the paperwork and results would take 24-48 hours. Yeah, it's been a week. I called them twice throughout the week and they've given my the same excuse. On top of that, I paid $340 for just simple bloodwork and a physical. They don't even accept insurance. If you really need to get stuff done, just go to urgent care.
I had an amazing experience and felt cared for. They took me through all of the information needed, and I feel very prepared for international travel as a result. They truly care about our well-being and want to be a part of making our experience great.
Paying for expertise is worth it! I've been to many travel clinics and health departments over the years of international travel. Passport Health continues to exceed expectations in terms of quality staff and services. I would highly recommend to anybody traveling overseas.
“Michelle was very friendly and professional. She outlined the steps I was taking for a safe trip. She pointed out suggestions but was not pushy. The front office people were professional and friendly as well. Worth a round trip of 447 miles.”
PLEASE DONT WASTE UR TIME AND MONEY. My husband went to this location on a Thursday for his COVID-19 test. He told the lady that he was traveling out of the country on Sunday. She said they will e-mail him the results by Saturday. Comes Saturday, Sunday morning, NO E-MAIL. He still went to the airport because he had to work on Monday but they didn’t let him book his connection flight to France , now he is in another state stranded . He had to stay in a hotel over night and do another COVID test because the 1st one is now over 72hours. He spend almost $500 because these people didn’t do their job. I called the clinic on Monday and ask for the manager so I can have some explanation. She didn’t even take the time to come to the phone to speak to me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE
This place is a joke. We needed a medical exam & vaccinations for my husband's immigration proceedings. We chose this place because their prices were the cheapest. However, their customer service is horrible. They said results would be ready in 5 days. We gave them 7 days before we called. When I called, they acted like they didn't have it. Then they said it would be ready by the end of that day. I wasn't able to pick them up that day, so I called a few days later & they acted the same way, like they didnt have it. I decided to go up there. When I told them I was there to pick up my husbands results the receptionist rolled her eyes at me & told me to have a seat. We just payed $700 to these people, and this is how we get treated! If this is how they choose to conduct business, I will do my best to warn everyone I know.
