My family and I went to this location last night for dinner. We were sat in the middle of the restaurant. We sat there for about 10-15 minutes with multiple waitresses and waiters passing us. A women finally said someone will be right with you. We waited again another 5-10 minutes before someone came to our table. Once the waitress arrived, she acted as if she didn't want to wait on us so we got up and left the resturant. Please do better with customer service. What made it really bad was the manager saw us sitting there also and didn't attempt to come to the table to see what was going on and why we hadn't been served. The entire restart just seems out of order.

This may have been great in it's day but I didn't find it terribly good. I ordered the meatballs and a salad. The meatball was good but the salad was a bit wilted like it had been dressed early in the day. Others in my group said the bread tasted like pre-packaged store bought rolls and the sauce to be too sweet for their taste. Maybe others might enjoy but we won't be dining there again.

I ordered a lunch special, pasta con broccoli and salad. When I got home my pasta was not mixed. It literally was sauce at the bottom with the pasta sitting on top. The pasta had absolutely no flavor and the salad was very soggy as well. I was very disappointed to spend $16 and not be satisfied. I don’t recommend eating here and I will not be back. I really used enjoy eating at The Pasta House but not anymore it has gone downhill!

Food tasted peppery like to much black ground pepper was used and it felt like there was for sure attitude towards us from the second we were seated. The guy that seated us also didn't say a word instead it was hand gesters to follow him. That's not how a host or hostess should treat their customers. The Salad seemed old and like it wasn't fresh that day.

I’ve been eating at this pasta House restaurant for at least 20 years. The last few years, the food and the service is not worth the price of the food. Very clean but you hate seeing the employees always out back smoking cigarettes. It’ll be a very long time before I come back to this one, or I’ll just go to another one maybe.

The Pasta House Company really is the best. I usually put my order in hours ahead of time to pick up on my way to work. I got notice this day that I didn’t have to come in. I called and spoke with management told what was up and they cancelled my order no problem. Thank you. I will definitely be back inFood: 5/5

We have been here many times and we just keep coming back. The food is good and the service is great. Our favorites are the pasta con broccoli, bacon carbonara, and the salmon. Their bread is also good too and always served warm!

Hadn’t been to Pasta House in years. Had someone recommend it to me to take my clients on an outing. Probably will never ever be going back. My co worker and I both ordered Pasta. I ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Ravoli and she had ordered the Chicken Rigatoni with Shrimp and our clients had ordered cheese burgers. First off, Our pastas came out before the burgers, no problem. The problem was, my ravioli was cold and the seafood inside was undercooked, and my co workers pasta was undercooked and they put in bacon that she asked them not to put in there. Burgers finally came out and the burgers were fine, our meals were remade. But as soon as we ate our REMADE meals, we were both sick instantly. Have been having nausea and diarrhea ever since eating the meals they remade us. I was shocked even the second time around they made it, it made us sick. Not sure if the ingredients were bad or what. However, Will not be returning to Pasta House Co. They used to have excellent food back in the day, now it’s just overpriced food poisoning apparently.
