Pasta Vita

Decreased quantity and quality. Sometimes there's hardly anything there. The food is just okay, I just heated up penne with broccoli and there was like no broccoli at all in it. 2 pathetic small tiny peices in the whole dish. Also the rewards program sucks.

We've stopped by time to time when at The Sun and really tried to give Pasta Vita a chance. From their somewhat empty and moderately high-priced limited selection we found a few items either expired and not appealing. The items we did purchase after heating at home were promptly thrown out. The Staff is somewhat unwelcoming and never on the floor to help answer quick questions. The breads and snacks are sometimes stale and overpriced. Don't bother asking for a price reduction on questionable products. The food court on site has a better, and tasteful selection without the fancy bags.

Amanda Emanuel works at the pasta Vita in Mohegan sun. She excellent at customer service. She is extremely knowledgeable about portions and a great seller of items I wouldn’t have tried. Dietary restrictions: Amanda Emanuel was very helpful with my allergies. She made sure all my needs were met. I’m extremely happy to eat at pasta Vita many times a month.

Great spot to eat in a cool atmosphere!

Very disappointed with the portion sizes being reduced. Called to explain but the manager would not assist other than saying he could write an email to the pasta vita that prepares the entree’s. I still love Old Saybrook!!!!! Worth the trip.

While they are on the pricey side Pasta Vita dishes tend to be quite tasty. there are a couple dishes that cross the line into awesome but for the most part they are just "fine" with an occasional "oh that's not very good at all". To me the pricing structure is more about knowing that it's fresh foods without the preservatives and chemicals rather than the taste truly being where the value is at. Taste & portion size used to really justify their prices but like many companies that start expanding there are little cuts made to those areas to increase profitability & pay for more employees, store fronts, etc Still have some dishes that are definitely worth buying for how tasty they are but more of a "if I'm already there I'll grab it" than a "let's take a special trip to go buy things there"

Went there Wednesday to buy some Turkey Dinners. I used to shop there a lot PreCovid. The Turkey was so SALTY none of my Guests could eat it! Too much Salt Spoils the Meal. When you expect good food and get substandard you don't go back!

This is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great the next time you can get the same thing and it's not very good. Be sure and check the expiration dates. Also if you are looking for a particular item its best to call ahead.

Customer service is EXCELLENT I believe her name was Sara but all girls were a great help The Chicken Marsala is a great Tasty dish. They carry many dishes sides and desserts to-go that M S points can be used to pay in casino Highly recommend especially if you get lucky. Treat ur self Bob Jarvis. Ps The almond taramasu is afav

In the entrance/exit hall between the casino & Riverview garage. Selected refrigerated items also sold in the gas station's convenience store, so an easy stop on your way out if you're parked in a lot or the other garage. Food items very popular but not to our Hartford-area taste. Staff friendly.
