Pat's Hand car wash

These guys perform an excellent job in cleaning vehicles. I had a scratch on my vehicle and these guys used their magic and got it out. Great interior cleaning as well!!! These guys have my vehicle looking brand new. And their African American owned!!!

The last few times I’ve went to Pat’s I wasn’t impressed with my services… but today I returned and spoke with Tim about my experiences and he assured me he will make it up to me. He did just that! I am very impressed with the service today. I was in and out in less than a hour and my truck is clean as a whistle. My only feedback is to improve their quality tire shine, as I love a good shine to clean tires. Thank you!!Service: Auto detailing

They did a great job. They do take awhile but would you rather have a quality job or a rushed job.

Someone removed my review. The service was good it’s just that the first time my change was taken out my cup in the car. The second time my IPhone cord was taken. The actual cleaning was great just make sure you strip everything out of your car you don’t want taken then you’re good.Service: Auto detailing

We only had 2 cars in front of us when we got in line. 30 minutes later we got into the garage. 45 minutes later they finally started washing the car. no warnings about the wait, no updates, no apologies. 2 hour wait for a basic in/out car wash this is completely unacceptable. After all that, they still didn’t do a very good job. The longest I’ve ever waited at any other place is 20/30 minutes total, and those places were even busier than Pat’s is today.

I only gave this place 1 star because I had to. Every time I go here it's only 1 or 2 guys washing cars so you have to wait hours for service. When they finally get to your vehicle they rush thru it so the actual service is just ok at best. I would suggest they either hire more ppl or just shut it down. TerribleServices: Auto detailing

I’ve been coming here for car washes for many years. Generally they do a good job and in a timely manner. My car was nice and clean, but it’s still a pandemic and they’re very lax with the mask requirement. A sign is posted that a mask is required. However some customers and workers were either without a mask or it was hanging off their faces. It’s located in a community with increased infection rates. I’ll think twice about returning while the pandemic is going on.Service: Vacuuming

I will Never go to this place...ever again. I only gave them 1 star because I had to. I waited almost a 1 1/2 hours for nothing. It was only me and two other people there at the time. The man told me it would be a little wait..but never did I think I would be waiting over an hour and for what. When I got into my car I was overwhelmed by the air freshner that they used to the point I had roll all of my windows down and turn the air on high just to breath. I made the mistake of pulling off without examining my car. HUGE MISTAKE. When I finally got on the highway I looked at my cup holder and couldn't believe my eyes. They didnt touch the cup holders or wipe the dashboard down. They failed to clean most of the inside of the mirrors as well. Literally every window was almost missed. They took a decent amount of time vacuuming and still managed to overlook alot. You can tell that they barely went over the seats in the back. Still visible crumbs and hair from my dogs just sitting there. I try to support small business but this is one of the reasons I leave with regret. They want you to pay big prices and do half of the job. The only thing good that came out of this visit was the attached restaurant. Their food is delicious. Pricey but I would def order again. Now back to this horrible car wash. I cannot understand how you overlook so many minor details. Step your game up people....this is unacceptable. People work hard for their money....to hard to just give it away for the heck of it. I read the reviews and thought...Hey let me try them out....big mistake. Lets just say.....I will never go back to this place. Ever!

They do a fanstatic job, plus it's black owned. However, I got my car washed on yesterday and noticed this morning I didn't have my mats, front nor back. I called and spoke with Toby, and he was so nonchilant, I was totally taken back. He say's I'll check and see if they are here. Well that's fine, but tell me what your company plans to do it they are not?
