My husband and I drove over today 6/16/22 to check our campsite #2 that we booked only one they had available to camp w friends next week. The campsite was fine, but there is a huge road wash out you would have to try to back over to get in. When I called to tell them they said I must have been looking at 3 bc it is washed out. Nope...we were in 2. We canceled. Bummer bc we were looking forward to going. If they know site 3 is washed out there is no way they aren't aware of the road at 2.
There were docks, it was nice and quiet I could hear, the waves from the lake and the wind blowing. I would definitely come here again.
Very nice park, great place to go to if you need to unwind and breathe.
We have been camping there now for a few year. My family has always enjoyed our trips to Hopkins Landing. They always have clean facilities and a well maintained campgrounds. The fishing is great and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Can't wait to go back for July 4th. Thanks for all yall do to keep this place up.
Over all a great experience, easy access, easy check in, primitive camp sites are on opposite of campers for privacy play grounds for the kiddos. Boat launch is in great shape with docks for launching and boats slips for over nights stay. Electric at camp sites for small appliances, or phone recharge. Bathrooms could use a bit of deep cleaning my only negative. Will return for sure.

It's beautiful..a huge lake and cozy little park to chill in..awesome place if I could put more stars I would..this place is cool ..

Peaceful, serene. There are several boardwalks to watch the lake. The views are spectacular. There is a playground for children and a boat ramp.
Son and husband was using bathroom and there where lady's peeing in the urinals. Have a group out here using some very bad language.
