Beware of ordering custom pieces. I lost a stone in my ring & after 7 weeks they cannot find it still looking. When my 18K gold earring broke in half, it took 5 weeks to repair. I walk in wanting to spend $ & no one greets for @ least 3-5 mins. I see 2-3 folk behind the counter, however there is no greeting. I don't like saying this but, I think it's a skin color issue cuz when I finally do get service I witness other folk coming in thru the door & get greeted & ask 'how can I help you' IMMEDIATELY.
I was given family rings for my engagement and took them to Shane Co to get resized. To my horror when the salesperson came back and said my Grandmothers rings were completely FAKE. The sales lady then showed me replacement rings to buy, overwhelmed I just wanted to leave. Cue the family drama over fake rings. I was told to get a second opinion and that is how I ended up at Patora. I met Holly who was super nice and told her NOTHING about the drama. She immediately knew exactly what kind of rings they were and tested all sorts of rings to show me they were in fact real. After getting an appraisal done, they were in fact VERY real, just very old nice diamonds from before the 1920's. Holly was patient and listened to me ramble on and on. She sent them to be sized, appraised, and had the prongs fixed. If you go ask for Holly, she saved the day and is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Holly!!!!
Excellent customer service! Tony at Patora created a gorgeous custom ring for me and the quality is superb. I would highly recommend Patora - they treat you like family!
After looking at literally 10 other jewelry stores and not finding any wedding rings I liked in my price range, I found rings I liked at Patora for both my wife and myself. They had a great selection, and their staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy or annoying. They really took a lot of stress out of my quest for the perfect rings. I would definitely shop here again!
I have never been more pleased with the service and craftsmanship I've received at this location. I live appropriately an hour and 15 minutes away, and it is always worth the drive to visit to see the employees and beautiful, unique pieces. Special thank you to Allen and Johanna for your service. My wedding band was sized and soldered beautifully and I know when I leave my pieces with you, they are in the best of hands.
I do not recommend this jeweler for any type of repair. My wedding ring was repaired in July 2017 and within a month the “gold” began chipping away. Their resolution was to charge me for the repair again or sell me a replacement ring, of course, but who wants that? Shoddy, questionable workmanship and even worse customer service. This long-time customer will go elsewhere and I recommend you do too. Disappointed.
I had a wonderful shopping experience. I was helped by the thoughtful and personable Savannah who took my vague ideas for a Christmas present for my wife and led me to some beautiful stackable rings. I knew nothing of stackables before, but Savannah was knowledgeable and patient. Much to my pleasant surprise, she added a little bonus discount at the register, maybe just trying to spread that Holiday Cheer. Definitely would recommend Patora if you are looking for fine jewelry and a store full of helpful and pleasant staff.
My mother in law needed new magnetic fasteners for 9 necklaces. The company was very patient, kind, and reasonably priced. I go to Patora for all my jewelry repair. I also love their Estate jewelry collection.
Quite friendly and helpful with finding that perfect wedding ring! Their prices were reasonable too. Their warranty though needs refined as required 4x per year to have it inspected. I don't live nearby so this is quite inconvenient having to drop it off and pick it up again a day or so later.
Patora provides top notch service from start to finish. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and took time to answer all of my questions. My jewelry is gorgeous and so original. I receive compliments on it all the time. I look forward to my next beautiful purchase from Patora.
